We went to Madinaz restaurant and tried the Lahori Charga, White Karahi, Fish Karahi, Veg Pulao. The White Karahi is a new item on the menu. It was absolutely delicious and lots of preparation goes in making it with grounded cashew nuts, almonds in a creamy sauce. It's very similar to the Mughal cuisines of Delhi. For dessert we had Gajar Halwa and some slow cooked milk tea. Everything in the menu was tasty. Customer service here is really good. The management do take great care and invest in their customers. Which is why I find myself returning time and again.
My family and I went to The Madinaz Restaurant, the food and hospitality was amazing. It was the first time I ate at the restaurant but won't be the last Insha Allah. You guys work super hard and I wish you all continued success.
I feel most of the comments here are from customers who had a fall out over service or something else, because to be honest, the food is fantastic! I visited the restaurant for the first time yesterday, albeit reluctantly - but was very surprised to find a pleasant, courteous lady at the helm and her support staff all women. She assured me that contrary to the reviews I would not find their food disappointing. And was she right!!! I had the experience of dining in as well as taking out. Haleem was perfect and so was Mutton goat Kadhai. I will be sure to visit again. Thank you :
Looking for authentic pakistani cousins ~ u are at right place ~ nihari is the best biryani does taste like biryani unlike many restaurant calling curry rice biryani .... Laban is good too I like their nihari ~ Paya ~ Haleem :
The food was amazing ....we tried BBQ pizza, chicken Burger and Chana chaat..everything was good...Authentic Pakistani taste...Portion sizes were generous...the lovely girl on service was very curteous and kind.Prices are very reasonable. We travelled an hour all the way from East Vancouver to tge restaurant...But it was worth doing the effort...will visit again for trying traditional menu too..
The best Pakistani restaurant ever! Always clean, fresh and yummy! The naans are hot. The chai is great. The sweets are awesome too. Closed tuesdays tho! And its Halal!
Food tastes good, prices are quite high compare to other Pakistani restaurants. No lunch menu. Nan costs $1.75 but very thin. Food is very spicy, no choice for mild and medium.
Very bad food and service. They never refilled the water bottle, that one bottle was for 5 people! Also, the mutton biriany was worst. I got burnt rice. And there was less meat more cardamom in the biriany. My friend got 9 cardamoms and 3 small tiny pieces of meat in his biriany lol. They charged us 4 dollars for some extra meat which was full of bones. Very disappointed.
Good and freshly prepared food at affordable prices
Food was ok, overcooked but ok. Waiter kept taking my half full drinks with out asking while I was using them. The table cloths were very poor quality and kids ripped them up quickly as were most of the items. Dinner was an hour or two late and definitely not worth the wait. To be clear this was for a buffet not a order. Also they took a significant amount of time to refill the appetizers plates with worse alternatives I should add. The rating may be harsh but I for sure would not recommend a buffet here, maybe other stuff is good idk. Also i should add that the wifi is very slow and spotty.
