The breakfast here is amazing, I had the homemade corn beef hash, it had a little too much grissle, but was still quite tasty. And the coffee is always great. One thing you must try from here, is the everything croissant if you catch it fresh out of the oven it is DELICIOUS!

Visiting "home" since living in CA, and there's just something about NYC diners that sets them apart from all the rest. This diner is no exception. Good coffee too!  Loved the raffle tickets too! When you first enter the dinner, before you're seated, do the take for a free chance for something special. Buena suerte... Good luck

I’ve only ordered delivery, but every time there was an issue with the food; missing items, chicken is always over cooked. Today I ordered Chicken Souvlaki dinner, and it was gross; soggy pita bread, with chucks of chicken and 2 full chicken breasts, no salad or tzatziki. They are also very pricey!!! The souvlaki order was $20

I am extremely upset not only did I find a roach in my food but mainly because of how rude the employee was when I called to explain the situation. My entire jobs order from this diner all the time and they shouldn’t treat customers poorly for something this disgusting as a bug roach or whatever kind of species of insect this is.

I work near by in the offices next to the dinner and I ordered a bagel and apple turnover and an herbal tea. The order took over and hour to reach me because they messed up my order. For context I asked for a regular herbal tea with 4 sugars and a toasted bagel with butter and melted cheese.....really complex. Anyways, when I get my food I notice my tea is curdled and in milk was added to my herbal tea. No where on the options does it say plain or no dairy. Just REGULAR and REGULAR MILK which I did not choose. Naturally I call and they offer to remake and I accept because it would takes days to get my money back. But then I truly did not feel safe receiving anything else from this establishment.  Oh and the recommended delivery service SLICE continued to disconnect my chat conversation before my issue had been resolved. All I wanted was a refund for the beverage. I can not in good conscience drink something they more than likely spit in.

UPDATE as of 4/19/2023:  The management reached out to tell me they were “investigating the matter” and I didn’t even receive a consolation offer directly from them. What exactly is being looked into? Nobody has reached out to me to confirm the matter has been rectified or resolved.  My first time ever in this diner and I had the worst dining experience.  Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and received old dry and over cooked bacon. I literally took a single bite and almost cut my mouth because of how hard the bacon was. I only ate the fries and pushed the rest away. The waiter never came to check on how the food was so towards the end of everything when I mentioned how disgusting it was and he saw that there was so much food left he said that I should have said something to him so I could ask for something else, like it was my responsibility to flag him down and he never circled back to check on us. I was still charged for the disgusting burger.

This is such a delicious diner. The variety of the food they have is outstanding.  I always indulge in their MacNCheese Burger, their Vodka pasta amazing and then they have this green pasta that I'm sure is pesto pasta which is also delicious. You can also never go wrong with some waffles. Shoutout to the owners of this diner: Keep up the excellent work!

I ordered some snacks like beef patties here from time to time. Sometime, the food was okay but sometimes just average. I just had a beef patty that was so dried out that it was as chewable as a shoe. It's like the cook did not care enough to check on the quality. I know it's not a big order but come on. Stay away.Food: 2/5

Old world Diner with great Staff   Absolutely recommend the Cheeseburger & Fries and Fountain Soda. Don't be surprised if you run into ex basketball players and politicians who grew up locallyFood: 4/5

It's ok. Pancakes taste fine. My friends didn't like their coffee. Eggs are alright. French Toast is good. Churiso sausage is good. Overall I would say it was ok experience.
