I ordered in skip! Delicious wow! Best deep fried sushi ever and the fat noodles don’t know what there called sorry so good and fresh! Lots of flavour! If I could leave more stars I would! Yum

Delicious my new favorite sushi spot. Sunomono was yummy and all the rolls were fresh and delicious!

We've been here twice and have been impressed both times. Staff are friendly, presentation is phenomenal and food tasted awesome. I love sushi! My wife says she likes sushi - but she pretty much orders everything else on the menu but sushi. Which is what makes this place unique - the sushi is awesome but so is everything else. So far we've tried the ramen, jalapeno tuna poppers and the green salad and have been really impressed - they actually put in an effort to make everything very unique.

Delicious Chicken Yaki-Udon and Chicken Udon Soup. The sushi is great too. Online ordering option is convenient and quick.

Server was beyond polite; she was a delightfully kind and friendly woman. Atmosphere was okay. But the food... OMG the food was amazing. The sashimi portions were incredibly generous for the price and so delicious. I also tried a “Hot Night” roll at the servers suggestion. I’ve always loved sashimi and nigiri but after this I am now a big fan of sushi as well. It managed to be complex, spicy, salty, Unami all at the same time without being at all overwhelming to my palette. I will be looking for excuses to return to Surrey just so I can come back to Aka Sushi again.

Unfortunately dine in experience tonight was not it's usual. Food was great except we ordered lobster tempura not lobster roll. But thought ok we will try it. Food came nicely. Then after all was brought we were never asked about anything and had to get the waiters attention to get the bill. Apparently take out is more important.

Some good sushi for sure! The interior is pretty nice. They have little cushions for the wooden benches, so that's a definite bonus. Prices are sliiiiiiiightly higher than what I'm used to but I would still recommend checking them out!

Fantastic fresh! Delightful depth of flavour. I am still dreaming of it days later.
