Service is great when you are dealing with older staff and owners...the younger associates are very rude and have terrible phone etiquette....they could use more training on how to conduct themselves on the phone representing a business and dealing with customers. Pizza is awesome when they get it right which is about 70% of the time. Sometimes they expect you to come back but need to understand they are surrounded by rural areas and we are outside of their delivery area. Mostly they offer a credit for next time to make it right...I've had a lot of free pizza, but would be happier to have the right order each time. I always order the same thing but usually don't pay the same amount....I actually don't even know exactly how much my order is really supposed to cost, it's anywhere from $25 - $31

Stopped in for a pizza here yesterday and wow, this place is an institution in its own right! I love it when local businesses have staying power - and in this case, deservedly so. Pizza was amazing! I'm typically fussy about the sauce (a key ingredient in my opinion), which was delicious and obviously freshly made in house. Pizza crust was the perfect balance between crispy and doughy, with the right amount of fresh toppings to boot. Highly recommended next time you pass through Caledon East and surrounding area.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at airport pizza this was not the first time I have been rudely treated this is actually the second time The girl was giving me extreme attitude and all I asked was for my pizza to be crispy then she commented why don't I work here and made my experience very uncomfortable she didn't cook my pizza all the way and took it out of the oven and just gave it to me and then walked away into the back as I was speaking to her I will never ever come back to airport pizza or refer them to anyone or any of my friends and to top it off they only had one drink a Coke or a chocolate milk and a chocolate milk was $1.50 more than the Coke super disappointed and extremely bothered by the way they treat their customers that a girl who serve me with black hair should be ashamed of herself treating and talking to a customer like that
