Traveling with my grandson from NH and needed a rear tire badly. They ordered a tire and in two days had it in. They mounted tire and got us on our way making special time for us in there busy day. Just had my Mach Z serviced for next winter. I had the opportunity to meet with Drew, Andrew and Karleigh. My first encounter was with reception, made a very good impression. When unloading my sled, I met with Andrew an 18 yr master of his craft. Andrew was very personable and knowledgeable. Next, I met with Drew, which was also a very pleasant experience. My sled needed some warranty work along with regular maintenance and Drew handled everything perfectly. Then, I met with Karleigh to discuss my next purchase. Karleigh, has an amazing knowledge of all the canam, skidoo, lynx line up. I’ll be definitely doing future business with Adventure.
Just purchased our new to us RV from Harold. He exceeded our expectations and was more than patient with all of our questions and requests. A wonderful shopping experience for sure!
Bought new klx300 from them, it had issues out of the box, drivability was bad on the bike, wasn't tracking right in turns handling was bad, it was a bit scary every turn I thought I might go down. though I didn't have the vocabulary to tell them exactly what was wrong they worked with me and figured out the head bolt was over torqued from factory, they fixed it up and it rides perfect as it should. Then at 1000klm I took it in for oil change, they did all the things needed at the end of break in tightened chain, changed oil, cleaned air filter, etc. For just the price of oil change. Mechanics are great, seem to really take care. Thanks!
We purchased our travel trailer here last Fall. A big shout out to Harold who was wonderful to deal with. He was so helpful and knowledgeable but we never felt pressured. Harold went above and beyond to be sure we had the perfect trailer. He quickly responded to all of our questions. When it came time to pick up our RV, all hands were on deck to get us safely on the road. When we needed some assistance setting up when we got home, they were just a phone call away.nThanks to Harold and all the others at Adventure Motors. We are thrilled we made the trip there from Halifax to purchase our RV.
