I have been a patient at this Forward Dental location for MANY years. I have always received the best of care and treatment. Dr. Laurie Walker is an outstanding caring dentist I would highly recommend. Ericka is a great hygenist, who does a very thorough job.

Dr. Walker is very knowledgeable in her profession as well as being very kind and caring to her patients.

This was my first experience with a dentist in USA. I would say compared to several European countries that I lived, I had more than one instance to definitely say that not only the quality of service is poor but also the staff are here to impose unwanted services and suck maximum money possible out of the clients. The quality of infrastructure and service, I would say is not worth the money. I chose this as it was close to my home and within my Delta dental network. First, while I was x-rayed .. one of the x-ray film fell down onto the floor and the nurse, just picked it up and stacked with other unused that she was carrying on her hand. Later on she inserted one from the stack in my mouth. I didn't say anything to be polite, but inside my mind I worried about getting an infection. Next, while my teeth was cleaned and during the end of the process ... the nurse said that as a newcomer to USA, I'm eligible for gross cleaning procedure (covered once in lifetime) and so, asked me to pay for it and also made a fuss that my teeth is impossible to clean. I had no choice. Next, I was told repeatedly that doctor cannot examine my teeth unless the gross and fine cleaning is completed. Later on, when there was an appointment conflict, doctor visit was arranged the same day within minutes (without cleaning complete) and was charged. The patient table was worn out with no protective cloth or disposable paper laid out and infrastructure looked so cheap, compared to the fees that I was charged (close to $400), I don't have another experience of a dentist in USA and this one is certainly bad in more than evaluation parameter and I would never recommend it.

Not pleasant. I got filling down for 5 of my tooth, and all of them are aching even after a week, though they were working just fine before.

Awful, awful, awful!!! Went in supposedly I had a cavity that wasn't bothering at all, and that my previous dentist didn't see, dentist "fixed" it, and my tooth has been hurting ever since. I was never happy with their service, receptionist are rude, and the office overall looks so old and run down, chipped furniture, it's not a pleasant dental experience, the only reason I changed dentists was because my insurance stopped covering him. I'm so disappointed at these people that can't make the patients feel cared for. I will never go back there or take my kids, I am looking for a new dentist now for me and my family.
