Adobo Experience

Terrible and worst service ever, we waited for 2 hrs for our food to be serve and they’re asking for any additional order already while we still haven’t receive a single order yet. Then after long waiting rice was not properly cooked hard as uncooked rice and drinks was served wrong. Worst part was we’re already done but we still have one order missing that ordered at the same time so we asked to cancel that order and they said it’s already done so we considered and wait for it instead, but then when it was served the shrimp was not properly cooked “again” and cold that you can even tell that it just came out of the freeezer and forced cook. I do understand that maybe they’re busy during that day but we made a reservation 2 days ahead and could probably say the waiting time for our food to be serve instead of saying it’s almost done. Adobo Experience was really an “EXPERIENCE” for us. And no kidding it was really bad. I’m a proud Filipino and i love Filipino food but don’t get me wrong I’m just telling the truth. This wasn’t the first time it happened to us but 3x and we always give a chance and comeback. But i think for them to improve they need comment like this in case they’re not aware of what’s going on. So please don’t get this comment wrong this is for your business as well “Adobo Experience Memorial Calgary”.

EXTREMELY long waiting times. We waited for over an hour and a half just for 3 people worth of food. That is absurd. Waiting time would’ve been longer if I haven’t gone up to the counter to ask for a menu myself.

Over an hour to get our food. We were told no reservations were available but a couple of large parties walked in and were served immediately while we waited. We ended up having to leave before the food arrived as our 2 year old couldn't wait any longer to eat. Our family packed some of the food to go and brought it to us to try--bland. Really disappointing. Won't be back, suggest you don't waste your time either.

Food is okay. They have to work on great customer service which is highly expected from Filipinos.. Living up to the standard requires lots of experience and training, though. Our server was inexperienced and forgot about us. Didn't do any mise-en-place for the table, cutleries, drinks. No coffee prepared and no quality check after serving the food.. He seemed busy or overwhelmed with only 3 tables!
