Top notch experience at this location! Was quoted a huge sum for a minor repair at Markham Honda and decided to try Active Green+Ross. Went in and met very friendly front staff. Received an excellent quote and came back in for the appointment. The repair took less time than original expected because of my car has very easy access to the particular part. These gentlemen adjusted the price down. Never seen anything like it. The mechanic noticed that my car was not starting quickly and actually hooked the battery up to a charger when completing the unrelated repair and provided advice on how to mitigate that problem. He also cleared my check engine light properly as well. Cars driving better than it has in years!

Bought a $185 battery from them in November 2015. That same winter, the car was kicking when I tried to start it. The kicking got worse the following year, and then last month, the battery actually died. I had to buy a jump starter from Walmart. Went back to AG+R as the battery was still under warranty, and they "tested" it. Said everything was fine and the battery was in "excellent" condition and "just needed a charge" - would not replace it and did not offer to charge it for me. Went to my mechanic to charge. Car is kicking worse than ever (according to their same tests, it is also not the alternator or starting motor as those are in "excellent" condition as well). Total waste of money and awful service - I will NEVER go back to them for anything. My dad's $80 Costco battery is going on stronger than mine at 5 years old.

Great service, very good price, and you can trust them getting the job done right! Very friendly people who have been employed there for a long time. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my car.

Went in and actually told them I had an issue with the ABS system that was causing pulsating brakes. I went back three times, each time they said they had fixed the problem, 400$ later and a bunch of replaced brake parts I didn't need, they finally unplugged the ABS from behind the tire and the problem is fixed. Not sure why they didn't just do that to begin with when I told them what the issue was most likely the cause, but the car now rattles like crazy, I have no ABS, and the brakes don't work nearly as well as they did before. 100% regret going here, complete rip off.
