Waiting on the phone to get an appointment was the hardest part, but once you talk to someone, I got Linda and she was informative and caring. I was told everything to bring and what to expect once I got there. The Hilton office was efficient, clean and the staff of volunteers were Incredible!! Thank God for these people, I don't know what I would have done without them.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. I get my taxes done here since I meet eligibility. I'm very appreciative of the volunteers that took time out to help me file my income taxes!

The staff is friendly and professional and for it to be a free service the building is clean. And there are a ton of resources available.
