I have been dealing with Maged Michail's office for the last 2 years and I really appreciate his work he's very accurate, professional and the staff is very professional too, never called them and got no answer from them... I would like to share our experience with this company. My husband and I own a couple of small businesses and we hired this company to check our tax filing, which was already done by another CPA and to do payroll for our businesses. In spite of double checking we were informed by the IRS that they was a error in our return and the amount owed to us. Next was our experience with payroll. We gave them a blank check to make sure they had the right address , name etc. Come Payday, there was no sign of the paychecks. We had to pay employees with personal checks. 3 days later we received the missing paychecks with the wrong address on the envelope. Also the paychecks printed had the wrong company address on them. This company was notified about the errors. Next payday comes along and we still don't have the pay checks. Same scenario with the wrong address. The name of the company on the the newly ordered paychecks was wrong too. 3 payroll days with this establishment and we did not receive the paychecks for all the three pay days. When we decided to cancel our business with them, they sent us an invoice for the paychecks with the errors done by them. The wrong address and the business name. My husband called and informed them that he would be there to pick up our documents. They called in the AM to confirm the time and asked us to be there at 1:00 pm sharp . My husband gets there and neither the boss or the wife are to be found. We were left to deal with the assistants . When the boss finally showed up , he states that are secretary should have sent the payroll hours to a different email address. How do you run a business with this much incompetence.

Maged Michail is one of the best CPA's in Michigan, he's well organized, professional, upfront, in time and precise. He's very friendly,and you always feel welcome in his office. His staff is very welcoming and helpful, not to mention that the office is very clean. I am glad am dealing with him and his staff too.
