I have filled taxes with Elias for couple of times now. He keeps raising his charge and I feel it’s absurd. Depending on your income and refund his service charge changes. This time it took him only 35 minutes. I called him ahead to ask how much he will charge because it’s not worth for me to drive all the way to Fullerton. He said he will charge me less this time because of less paper work. I drove an hour to get there, half an hour later he tells me he charge me $10 less than what he charged me last time. It’s absurd. I don’t like when people try to rip me off. It’s not right. I just paid him and left, but told him you are charging me less than $10 from last time. Last year there was a lot of paperwork. Also it’s my fault to drive all the way and try to give him a business. This is how you lose loyal customers. Very unsatisfied this year. My last time filing with him. Charging extra from the people who make decent money is not right. We work hard for our money as others do.
