I’m not usually one to complain about customer service because I’ve been a secretary myself and know how draining it can be, but I was pretty taken aback. I passed my road test and had to apply for my new license. The woman at the desk seemed welcoming and was very straight to the point. When she asked if I wanted to keep my old photo or take a new one, I responded with “oh, if I can keep my old one, that would be great!” Because I didn’t know I could do that. She suddenly switched and became condescending, replying “hon, just say yes please I would like to keep my old photo. I’ve already explained your options. Simple as that. You don’t have to ask again if I just told you.” The rest of the conversation involved a few more comments about my phrasing that were delivered as if I were a toddler learning conversational skills I’m a 20 yr old woman. I didn’t think much of it and laughed it off but realized that if she reacts like this and my first language is English, how condescending must she be to people who don’t speak fluent English?? Lots of people there were new immigrants applying for their first Canadian drivers license and if this woman picks apart their sentences like she did mine, what a horrible experience they would have :. If anyone from Access Nova Scotia actually reads these reviews, I was there on Oct 17th.

process was fine and all, i was there for a road test and the old lady i got was picky about every little thing. I could’ve definitely passed so if you ever get her run because she picks on you. she wasn’t the nicest as well..

Had my road test here. Tester was very polite and professional, and after I passed it, didn't have to wait much to compete the process, the installation is big and has a nice waiting room with wifi.

Quick, concise and easy. Wait was minimal and the staff helped me through all the paperwork. Good access to go to if you have to. Especially considering the abysmal wait times in Halifax.

So kind and patient! I've only ever had good experiences with the staff here, wait time isn't too long and quite accomodating and knowledgeable

I had a bit of a weird case and the lady who helped me was amazing.. we had a few laughs and we got the paperwork I needed.. great experience tonight!

Dartmouth location is bomb ...most of the workers there are pretty cool and will even smoke a joint with you if you catch them in the smoking area. Also quite a few hotties working there as well.

I had my road test with Joe, I was nervous from the start, however, Joe made me feel at ease and relax. He explained in details the instructions I have to follow. Very professional yet I can feel his welcoming and friendly attitude. Thank you Joe. I salute to your professionalism Joe... and to Libby who was at the reception when I came in office, was welcoming too, genuine smile and even congratulated me. Thank you

Acsess Novascotia Dartmouth is a centre for robbery they Robb people by making them buy road test receipts and book them appointment and make them pay for their road test practice then they provide you with driver examiner who doesn’t know how to give instructions on directions and like to give people mistakes on assessment sheet that students didn't commit my message to public is avoid booking in Dartmouth and have a trust on your self
