I am a senior whose OAS payments were disrupted.nSpoke on the phone to Richie??? He was awesome. My problem was summed up perfectly and received information to proceed quickly. Great experience.

I have been here a few times for various things. Friendly and very helpful, from the front desk upon arrival, to the person helping me with what I needed. While I waited, I listened to the man at the reception desk greet at least 5 different customers, and he was so kind and patient with everyone. I really wish I got his name for this review! It also helps that it has the best view of Halifax while you wait

They are very friendly, process is very simple and quick . We don’t have any appointment as we walked in to the office we waited for just 2 minutes and got help from the staff and everything is done in under 15 minutes

Halifax office had technical issues in the system but Dartmouth center helped me right away. Ryan is very helpful and professional.nThanks guys
