thw website goes in circles and I can't get to the renewal page. Adobe does NOT work on my computer

Canadian government services is failing rapidly!!!! Doesn’t feel like a North America anymore !!!

Very unprofessional and uncooperative staff, including security. The general resources and power of these people to do their job properly is very low. The government needs to rethink the way that it does business.

This Local IRCC Visa Office deserves 0 Star. I am an Express Entry PNP-Inland single applicant. After several months, Etobicoke visa office transferred my file to this office. It is already almost a year waiting for the decision of my Express Entry application. I am an essential worker and have years of experience, but all waste.

The room B110 is straight ahead when you come in the front door. This place needs a receptionist or some signage explaining what to do! There is no reception, no signage, you just go in and sit with a roomful of strangers and wait. For immigration issues, use the phone outside the room on the wall for info. For citizenship testing etc, they will come pick you up at the *exact* time you have scheduled. Don't be late!

The definition of the word incompetence.

They will refer you to the website, which I do have problems with it. The reception was not friendly.

Worst visa office. Having express entry file here from 9 months.

There is absolutely no point in going here because they don't take questions in person... they refer you to their website.

How can i get there,need some help if it is possible.
