Bought a Dodge Challenger RT from Matt Rothery here at Abbotsford Dodge in November. The service was top notch. I appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness to work with the customer, not just get another car out the door, like I’ve found many dealerships do. The car was a great deal, in great shape and everything I wanted in this type of car. I did find a couple things weren’t working up to standard after taking it home but again, Matt made everything right once it was brought to his attention. I’ll definitely do more business with Matt and company when it comes to purchasing another vehicle. Special thanks to Jesse who was also a big help when Matt wasn’t available. I’m very impressed with Abbotsford Dodge and their staff! Highly recommend them!
Abbotsford Chrysler and Cameron Appleby made our purchase of a 2022 Jeep Gladiator fun and easy! Love the Gladiator! Got some great coverages and could drive away in confidence knowing I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Financing was smooth and easy. Just purchased 2 ram 3500’s from Kyle for my business. He went above and beyond in customer service and communication. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years and can say that Kyle seriously impressed me. Highly recommend you call and ask for him because he will take care of you and get you the best deal he can find. After this experience I’ve determined I won’t waste my time shopping around, if it’s a Chrysler or dodge, it’s gonna come from Abbotsford Chrysler and the keys are gonna be handed to me by Kyle.
l am really glad that l was introduced to Jake through a friend. l had a tough time finding a car before.Jake made it less stressful and was patient through all the questions l had. As an inquisitive person l do appreciate that a lot. l just got a new jeep and l love it. l will say if you need help making a tough decision on a big purchase like a car… you need all the help you can get and Jake is definitely your go to guy. I got a call to see if I wanted to sell my jeep back to the dealership, I walked into this dealer ship not thinking I was going to sell my jeep back to them. Cameron made every effort to get me exactly what I was looking for. There finance department is amazing 10/10 experience. He was honest and up-front which i find rare these days. He got me the numbers i wanted and the approval i needed. It is funny how things happen I was at the first place looking for a set of good wheels my son told me to try Jeep and that's when I phoned and talked to the sailsman Matt Rothery for at least 30 minutes about all kinds of jeeps but he said there is one i might like. He was right soon as I got behind the wheel I was sold Matt helped me find exactly what I needed to know about my new ride I know I will have a good friend and great sales guy as well it doesn't get much better I didn't know what kind of things I needed till I talked to my sales guy WOW factor 10 I will be coming to these people for a long time great for 4by4 peoplef
We came into the dealership not quite knowing what we would walk out with, but knew that we needed something THAT DAY! We were quite desperate, might not have been in the best moods, and hadn't a clue that we were walking into THE FUN STORE. Sheldon and Kent were a hilarious duo and turned things around for us very quickly. Sheldon was super accommodating, knowledgeable, and made the whole sales experience seamlessly simple. Jacqueline helped us swiftly and thoroughly in Financing so that we could wrap things up as quick as possible and be on our way. I honestly couldn't imagine walking into, and making a deal within a day at any other dealership. This place is really like no other! Sheldon Eaves went above and beyond to find a new 2022 Ram 3500 on short notice as a surprise birthday gift for my husband which is pretty much impossible these days. He even decorated it and drove it off-site so my husband would really get the whole surprise factor. We were extremely happy with Sheldon’s service and dedication to getting the job done. Typically we don’t like sitting in dealerships, but Sheldon definitely made this process seamless and enjoyable for us. Thanks Sheldon!!!
