A30 Express

Very mad about the fact that even now in a GREEN zone they STILL do not take cash. If you do not have a credit/Debit card it costs 5 times the price up to 11.60$... instead of the 2.40$ it normally costs.This is robbery. I am very mad about its because I always have the cash on myself and they still won't take it. Please do something about that!! Maybe add a change bucket to put the money in and be able to get through. I use the 30 at least 8 times a week.

Scammers!!! They didn't accept my toonie and loonie and then handed me a ticket for 4x the amount of the toll. Scammers!!

Fast to reach by phone. They overcharged me by mistake, I called they cancelled the transaction and charged me the correct amount. Delivery for the transpondeur was fast. Easy to apply. Simple instructions on their brochures. Easier to go with transpondeur, minimal waiting time.

Very poor system for transponder use. Have gone through approximately 4, the newest installed June 11/20. Went through Jun 26 with no issues. June 27, transponder system read “invalid.” If I could give 0, I would.

Highway is an excellent value compared to Ontario's rip off 407 but equipment & staff attitude in need of major improvements. I have an A30 transponder with automatic replenishment by credit card. unfortunately, about 25% of the time the gates will not open then I have to deal with a belligerent staffer. The idiot last week came over to me & said 'do you think it's free'!. I said no, I have a transponder with automatic replenishment, to which he said 'a transponder for this road', as though I have dementia a do not realize that a 407 or ez pass transponder will not work on the A30. It's always blame the dumb customer, not any acceptance of their own deficiencies!!! After the idiot realized it was another 'system error' it took a lot of effort to get an apology out of 'Mario' if that's his real name-no name tags.

I wasnt aware that they only excepted cash or credit, didn't appreciate that Google maps drove me into this toll bridge, didn't appreciate that the employee didn't speak english, doesn't appear to be possible to pay the invoice they sent me, no instructions on there website on how to pay it. Pretty garbage company overall.

Cash NOT accepted, Interac card Refused , RUDE staffer over the intercom.Received overcharged Fine and a30 website does NOT accept payments. AVOID A3O express !

Very quick getting through the booth paying small fee but saving big time of going through city centre Montreal, friendly attendant too.

Always cost me a fortune to cross the 30 express damn debit card
