I thought it took them 20 minutes to make my burger but it actually took them 20 minutes to hand me my burger. It was room temperature when I got it and my glass mug for my root beer was thawed. I wanted to send it back but my blood sugar was too low for me to wait another 20+ minutes for warm food. This location is probably the worst I've been to. It's also one of the cleanest so at least they have that going for them.
Lovely service bur food was bland and thrown together with no concern for quality. Fries unsalted, onion rings unseasoned and crumbling apart. Bacon on burgers very small and partially uncooked. Disappointing for A&W standards.
The staff are the best to make you feel like you're invisible! Been standing at the cashier for a big 5 minutes and not a single person did at least acknowledge that I was there waiting to give my order... And my dad and me were the only customer inside! Of the 3 stars 2 are for the burgers!
Ordered on Doordash to the hotel 3 minutes away. Onion rings were burned and the burger was ice cold. I know A&W can be hit or miss depending on the location, but this is some of the worst I've had.
60.00 order asked for no cheese no mayo for allergy. Put it on all 4 burgers, didn't answer the phone after multiple calls.
