McDonald's

We were cycling on the trans Canada Trail and we decided to bicycle over the hill down to McDonald’s.nnThe food was great. The service was great, but unfortunately, we sat out on the street side patio to enjoy our meal.nnThe unfortunate situation and we couldn’t leave because we had our food and our bicycles And we didn’t have the lock to leave them unattended. So we had to stay on the patio. There was a individual who sat four tables away from us, and it’s very unfortunate that he continued to clear his throat and nose and spit on the ground. It was truly disgusting. I think he may have been unhoused or just lacked common decency.nnI’m not even sure that the restaurant could do anything about this, and it might not be worth the problems that they created if they had spoken with him. We didn’t bring it to their attention at the time mainly because we expected there to be a language barrier.

Terrible. Waited 40+ minutes. Wrong order 2 times. The whole place is disgusting, garbage and flies everywhere, no gloves in kitchen

Horrible service.nWe arrived on a Sunday morning and ordered at 9:28nAt 9:45 we see the cashier take our order outside, but think maybe someone ordered exactly what we did.nAt 9:53 we go back to the cashier and explain many others who ordered after us have gotten their meal.nThe staff argues with us saying we gave you your order.nI asked why don't we have our food.nThe cashier said we brought it to you in your car.nOk why would I come in order at the counter stand here and you take it to my car, how do you know what car I drive if i didnt go through the drive thru?nShe says I don't know i gave the order to someone in a car outside.nSo the manager came over and finally fixed it at 10:02.n34 minutes to get breakfast when wasn't busy when we ordered, brutal.

Well, its McDonalds. The staff we interacted with in Riviere du Loup was a bunch of kids, as you'd expect. The young lady we interacted with, was obviously not interested in doing her job. We were a complete interruption to her day, sadly. The food was decent. Little tip though, take the mayo out of the breakfast wrap. It absolutely ruins it.
