A&w is my wife's favorite, not mine. It's expensive, the food is bland, and I don't like the family themed naming conventions on the menu. If you like a&w though, this is a good joint. It's very clean, the service is fast and friendly, and they don't overload their drinks with ice the way some people do.
It's commendable that A&W continues with the minimalist packaging tradition to reduce environmental impact and it also helps that their food tastes good.
Impressive costumer service!! Threw out my order which was accidentally offered to another costumer. Started mine from scratch..
Had a hot chicken sandwich with onion rings. The chicken was dry and the onion rings tasted like they had been cooked the day before and reheated—- totally dried out.
Location and drive through age good. Fast service and good well prepared food. Meets expectations exactly.
This is the ONLY A&W my parents will visit. Food is very consistently delicious and always made to their exacting specifications, always fresh and yummy. Great work, and nobody beats your fountain root beer, totally the tops. Keep it up!
Ordered 3 meals last night and sadly they were not made correctly. Ordered a lettuce burger and the lettuce was brown and wilted. Had to use my own lettuce once we got home. Requested seasoning salt on the fries a few times but that was missing. We also requested 3 root beers and received coke instead.
I am a regular customer a this A&W location in St.Catharines.Irregardless,the staff here have always treated me very well right from the start.Very polite and friendly.
Will never come again. Over charged me by $11 and when I got home and called he said to bring the food back and he'd give me my money back. Seriously? Was my fault they didn't get the order right??? You want your food back instead of apologizing?? SHAME ON YOU
