Good experience so far, Monica was very friendly and helpful, and unit was nice and clean. Good prices compared to other places also.

Front gate is always open just give it a push and it opens The pad lock is never locked due to the fact that someone could get trapped inside without a way out.Proper thing to do would be to install a proper gate with a crashbar..but the owner is sooo cheap thats not going to happen.The customer service is non existent the parking lot is unpaved and the paved part is like driving through a third world country there is no security and the lighting is sub par at night the owner doesn't spend any money on maintaining the place. On labour day like 20 units got broken into and like 5 trailers mine was one of them. They told me to go through my insurance to cover my losses.Apparantly the theives drove around for like 2.5 hours breaking in and no one stopped them. I was assured that they have state of the art cameras but when asked Halton police they said there were none. Two months later I was a day late with my rent and they locked me out Lol Words cannot express how poorly managed this place is. The fat cow who works there is a complete...

Do not recommend - very poor security, my trailer got robbed and they don't even apologize. Avoid
