Integrity, experience & professional are what I think of when dealing with Ron. He's sent me elsewhere as he felt they could better meet my needs. Never a problem. My go to guy for watches and even jewelry! We could all use more people like Ron. This kind of service is unheard of these days. Now if only he did mortgages..... Thanks Ron, you are indeed the man!

Having been to this store on a variety of occasions for various items to repair I have found that the owner has consistently been very helpful . He has a great report with customers and his workmanship is top drawer only. Other places in this town talk the talk .....Ron walks the walk. I recommend precision watch and jewellery to any one who wants awesome work done on their items.

I had called in about a piece that I had. I wanted to know if Precision could put a small ring to attach two pieces of jewellery together. The piece was given to my girlfriend from her dad before he passed away. When I asked this question and told the man on the phone my situation, he laughed at me over the phone. He then proceeded with the conversation as if I had the intelligence of a rock. He was extremely rude continuously talking down to me. Even after I said I had no problem bringing it to him he still laughed and maintained the disrespect throughout the conversastion. I made a google account to leave this review because I think it should be known the kind of disrespect that is given by this company. I would stay away from Precision.
