Got an insanely high quote for car insurance. What's more crazy is that the agent on the phone told me they gave a high quote because they do not want to do business with me because it's my first insurance. Quite unprofessional.

AVOID AT ALL COST! if i could of given them 0 stars i would of.The broker i had was clearly uneducated in the field of insurance and did not know how clearly explain anything. They will lie and make up things just to get you off of the phone. only for you to find out everything you were lead to believe was not true. On top of that, you can never get a hold of any one after you start your policy. I switched to T.D insurance and saved over 45%. Honestly one of the worst companies i've done business with and I don't generally write reviews but i felt it was my duty to warn people about this scam of a company.

Avoid them. Awful customer service, no desire to help clients. Was a client for 16 years other family members even longer. Rates would go up with no notice, no help when asked to look for new quotes and when I canceled it was not done correctly. I had been charged for another 3 months. No one answered the phones, by email no apology, no urgency to fix the issue and no follow up. I have been following up for a week on this issue. Oddly enough dealing with the location manager, I could expect this maybe from a junior or new employee.

AVOID A.P. REID like the plague. Greedy, self serving, incompetent. Their motto should be: "Bend over and bring your own lube."
