Tony was careful, quick, friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. He came within 30 minutes and did the job in about half the time expected. He explained the problem roots 70' out, how he addressed the problem, and what to do in the future to avoid backups. He also checked to ensure that everything was draining well. He cleaned up thoroughly. We are happy with the work and would hire this company again.Service: Sewer cleaning

Tim's brought a plumber on site to bid extending an outside faucet to the other side of our new addition. The run was 17 feet with no sheet rock and easy access to everything. The guy looked me dead in the face and said, "1500-1600". I said are you serious? Why so much. He replied, "Have you seen the cost of copper these days?" Needless to say we did not go with these guys. I priced out the components at Home Depot totaling $118 including plenty of extra pipe and fittings. Really not that expensive. Superior Heating and A/C & Electric came onsite and quoted $350 and completed the work in about an hour with two guys. Generally speaking there are people out there that take an unfair advantage of situations, and then there are vendors that respect the concept of enduring value, the latter gets my repeat business. Superior will get work in my new kitchen, and work related to installing 4 mini-splits now because they were fair in pricing their services.

We called them out to do a bid for moving a vent for our kitchen sink and placing a line for our fridge, they charged us $169 to create the bid. We were told that we would get it on Friday or Monday at the latest. The plumber was well aware of a tight timeline, however we never received the bid and had to go with another plumber. I called a couple times of weeks later to complain about not receiving the bid yet still being charged the $169 and their response was that they could then send it. I felt that was unacceptable and asked for at least a partial refund because they did not deliver the product I paid for, which was the bid, on time. When I called it was early on a Friday and asked that she get back to me by end of day Monday and she never followed up. Pretty frustrating! Update: company has reached out a couple times since we left this review and said that they would offer us a refund as soon as we took our review down. I will be honest, had they done the right thing and refunded us not contingent on removing the review I likely would have updated this review and been more favorable about their follow up and response, likely changed the rating to reflect it!

Tony did a great job on 4 plumbing jobs including unclogging a challenging sink drain, installing a new garbage disposal, replacing a defective shower head, and replacing a worn-out faucet. Tony was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would gladly hire him again for a plumbing project.

I won’t get into the details of our plumbing nightmare but Lonn went above and beyond to get it working again at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this company and Lonn specifically.

If there would of been more stars. I would rate the service higher.We had them do some repairs due to the prior of closing of our home. Items that the buyer wanted done. Sean H did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, curtious & addressed all our issues. Explained everything & was informative. He was just simply wonderful to work with. He had to fix this pipe in an awkward position. Thanks again!
