I own a business in Elk River and have used Nowthen Plumbing for some toilet issues that we were having. We have not had a problem since and were very happy with the service that Nowthen Plumbing provided. They have a great customer service staff, are a fair price, and have fast service. Also, the owner is one of the most friendly and trustworthy people I have ever met!

They replaced a water heater in my house during a renovation 4 years ago and they never pulled a permit with the city. Now I'm selling my house and have to pay a service fee for a plumber to come out and certify their work. I called to ask about it and had to call multiple times to get a response. I remember from the renovation they were arrogant and expensive. Talking to them today showed not much has changed with their attitudes or service. Avoid working with them. There are much better plumbers out there.

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday. I called the number on the webpage and actually got an answer. I explained to Jeff the issues I have having and that I was working with my home warranty. He was out the next morning and had everything already rolling. The warranty company was giving me issues but Jeff handled them and had the water heater installed with in 24 hours. Great down to earth guy who did great work. Very clean and left no mess or damage. I will be calling them for all future plumbing issues!!
