Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating, A/C and Electrical

I've had to call Neighborhood twice. Both times the problems were fixed. Today, I was beyond impressed with the technician that came out. He not only fixed the leaking water line, he also replaced some valves that would have been an issue in the future. Mike also noticed a smell of gas when turning the water back on. The gas line to the water heater was not even hand tightened. This could have caused a HUGE problem down the road. Thank you Mike for double checking everything and keeping our family safe. I will definitely be using Neighborhood again in the future!

I had Neighborhood Plumbing & Heating work on my garage heater. They re-routed my gas line to fix the previous homeowners DYI job and re-vented the exhaust to keep my family safe. Both Eric and Rick were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took extra care with my siding and drywall. I appreciate their attention to detail and the respect given to our home. We will be calling Neighborhood for all our future needs.

Eric was a very helpful technician. He explained the issue so I could understand it. My questions were answered to my satisfaction such that I did not feel I was being sold, but rather he was consulting with me on my options. I needed a solution not a product and that's what I got. The furnace was the right fit, not the most expensive (nor the cheapest). There was no pressure to buy, only input on what was the right thing to do. I feel confident enough to recommend and use them again when the need arises.

I needed a new lift pump for the downstairs bathroom. Mike, the technician, came out within 2 hours of my call. He installed it and was very thorough. He made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving and left a very detailed explanation of the work that was done.

Brian is someone you want representing your company. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. I dare you to find a positive adjective that doesn't apply. His straight forward approach to explaining our furnace's problems and the best solutions moving forward gave us confidence and trust in what he was recommending. Neighborhood is where we'll be going for any future plumbing and heating needs.
