99 Restaurants

Absolutely one of the WORST places I have been to service-wise. I will not be back even though I'm due to return to the area for work I will avoid this place entirely. While the food was decent, the service was atrocious. I was out with 2 colleagues for dinner. We sat down and the waitress offered us the bare minimum required service needed to serve dinner. Then without asking if we wanted anything else to eat or drink we were given the bill. I thought nothing of this as perhaps it was busy or the staff was expecting the night to get even busier. So my colleagues went back to the hotel and I took a seat at the bar. The first bartender asked me in an unenthusiastic obligatory tone "What can I get you?" I ordered my drink and it was brought to me eventually. Then being neglected for 30 minutes a second bartender came and without a single word placed my bill in front of me (a bill for one drink mind you) and left not even offering to get me another drink. I took the hint and left. A warning to all that aren't regular customers this place will make you feel entirely unwanted. There are much better bar and restaurant options in the area!

Fabulous food/Customer Service! Brandy is the best of the best bartenders. She makes Remembering her customer needs and wants her mission in life. 99, promote now. Do not risk losing her. Me, AND many others would follow her

Decent 'Americana' type food. Not a place to go for health food. Try the French onion soup. It was better than I expected.

-Service was good, quick and friendly. Food was tasty and served hot. -A/c was too much for my kids who were dressed for the 85º weather outside. -Root beer floats are gone off the menu though. Too bad. It used to be a big highlight for the kids.

The staff is one of the friendliest I've ever experienced, but the kitchen was very skimpy with the salad dressing and cheese.
