99 Restaurants

Went for dinner with 2 adults and 2 small grandchildren. Waited 25 minutes for a table, waited 15 minutes for waitress to take drink order. I ordered ice tea and asked her to bring sugar. She delivered the drinks, and no sugar. I reminded her again. Another wait.... finally got sugar and she took order. Food was slow, another 20 minutes, and kids were getting antsy. Food was thrown on the table and waitress practically ran away as we were trying to tell her there were no utensils or napkins on the table. Waited again. Finally asked for utensils and napkins and there was another wait, way too long for such a simple and noticeable request! Waitress brought utensils and TWO napkins and ran. 4 year old wanted a spoon. Waitress finally came back and we told her we wanted a spoon and more napkins, more than just TWO for the whole table. She disappeared again. I asked the girl at the front desk for a manager. He came over and I told him what had happened, and he said I shouldn't be "attacking" his employee!! Needless to say, this place SUCKS and I will never set foot in there again. This manager was out of line and doesn't care about customers! For goodness sake, at least provide napkins and utensils to eat the food! Horrid experience. NO TIP for this one!! Unacceptable!

Love this place. Atmosphere is very comfortable. Diverse menu. Good prices. Food wonderful. Portions ample. What more is needed?

Great food. Friendly service. Had the "sandwich of the day", a Philly Cheese Steak with sauteéd peppers, onions and mushrooms in a wrap and fries on the side with a raspberry iced tea. They forget the horseradish sauce. I was told the reason my bill was higher than I was told it would be was because my wrap wasn't a regular menu item so the computer charged me separately from the meal. They apologized and fixed it. Honest mistake. Will definitely be going back.

Was expecting the typical chain food, but we were pleasantly surprised. Have been back several times. Rosemary Chicken is my wife's favorite. Staff are very friendly

The food is good and the atmosphere is not to loud but something that scared me was that I found a lemon seed in my Shirley Temple. I was kinda scared but it was just a mishap, the chicken parmesan was extraordinary. I love this place because my aunt works here but the seed made the 5 stars to a 4 stars
