I'd give 3.5 stars if I could. The reviews here are not wrong in terms of song selection and the interface. There definitely was a trick to navigating the interface, and even with that there was not a huge song selection for English singers. When we looked for a particular artist and it showed no songs, we ended up finding a song buried in the song list by them, so even the search function is a bit sketchy. The interface is also at the front of the room and those who are selecting songs are often blocking the view of the lyrics on screen. Pricing for the alcoholic beverages was a bit insane. 200$ for a bottle with mix, however, it does help you get to the rooms 300$ minimum spend. Staff were helpful and had us switch rooms when our karaoke system was not working properly, they cleared the empty food cartons, brought our orders promptly, and even gave us a heads up for last call. Decor was flashy and interesting, and they included tambourines and maracas in every room for extra noise making. Our group liked that we had the room until close without feeling rushed, we liked the extra noise makers and mood lighting, but we're disappointed with the drink prices and song selection. All in all, everyone had a good evening.

Oh man amazing time! We were killing time between R&D for dinner and speakeasy late night and I’m so glad I picked this place to go to! They take cards not just cash. There’s a minimum spend food and drink but you’re not limited on time or billed by time. The machine was easy to navigate and easy to find songs we wanted. We got a bottle of grey goose that came with mixers and just made our drinks in the room. Only funky thing is it was little Dixie cups for our drinks haha. No biggie. Last note: my husband was confused about the random charges 2x $30 and unfortunately I told him too late that gratuity was probably already applied. So in future we won’t be adding a tip ontop a tip. = We had a really great night and would come back again as a result.

I was initially a bit thrown off by the reviews but it’s typically people who had a bad experience who are quick to leave a bad review. I actually had a great time here for a birthday celebration on a Friday night. The sound system was nothing to complain about. The mic died once on us, and after that they would come around to check if we needed a new one. 
The karaoke interface was 3.4/5. There were plenty of English songs, but unfortunately some songs weren’t able to be added to the queue but there were still lots to choose from. My group got the hang of the interface and you can always ask them to help if you’re having trouble. The AC was on blast when I first arrived and was much needed as the night went on lol. They don’t allow outside food since they have a kitchen. The french fries, fried squid and chicken karage were tasty. However, they did allow us to bring a cake. Okay, cons: they only accept cash! This was not mentioned to me when I first called to book the room and it would have been appreciated if they did disclose this info. Luckily, I followed up with questions - so do your due diligence and ask them any questions you have. You can either start paying as you go or one bill at the end. There are major banks in the area should you need it. They had no problem with us leaving to use the local banks as opposed to their ATM another review here said they didn’t allow them I truly hope they can fix their payment process for the sake of their visitors, but overall it was fun and it was nice to not have a time limit. We stayed from 9pm until normal closing, about 2:30am-ish. Happy singing!

Worse compared to the place right next door. The upside: slightly more spacious rooms, better lighting. The downside: More expensive at 15 per person. Abysmal service and you have to go to the front desk for anything. Both mics had dead bacteries when we started. English song selection was worse. Overall, try to book a room next door if you can.

Drinks were weak, but over all this is a great place to chill. Friends and I had a blast. They had most of the songs we were looking for in different languages, too! Great service!

CASH ONLY. JAN2023. they charge tax on TOP of the tip amount so make sure you don't tip on the final bill. we ended up tipping over 20% which is fine but just would've liked to know. songs were decent but system is difficult to use and they need more latest songs or an option to connect aux. overall bottles were pricier than I thought and they kept blasting the heat even though the rooms were so stuffy but not the worst ktv. bboss has better ammenities though.

Lots of issues: the bar staff had nooo idea what was going on. Took them several mins just to hand me a bottle. Bar was way overpriced. Song list was lacking. Our room had no heat turned on and everyone was wearing their coats. Even the bar staff was wearing their coats! The door to our room wouldn’t stay shut and we could hear the other rooms as a result.

I left a gift here. Called immediately and they said it’s gone and blamed the cleaners. They 1000% took the gift and kept it. Service was terrible and it’s $300 for a bottle of booze. Some terrible folks working here.

The staff was friendly, good snacks and finger food and alcohol. I enjoyed the time singing here.

The rooms are nicely laid out and presentation is inviting. Their karaoke system is by far the worst I have ever seen. I have been to truck stop bars with better song selection. The interface for song selection is abysmal and so is the sound mixing. Selecting songs is annoying because their interface prioritizes Chinese music over English. Other than that it’s pretty chill.
