Garbage everywhere, parking lot is absolutely filthy. Notified the attendant and was told ‘we’re doing our best’. Well your best isn’t good enough. Canmore’s clean and green idea is definately not present at this business. This is our go to gas station because of location….not anymore.
Their chicken wings are so old and dry that I am not very happy with them and their bathrooms are not very clean. The store has a wide variety of packed items as well as juice and soda if you require any other items
I come to this store every summer and I have found, over the last four years, the staff to be very friendly and informative if I have questions regarding what's in the area. They place is clean and well organized and the washrooms always clean and ready for use. I'm fussy about the bathrooms and keep a running score on safe, clean facilities that I can use. thumbs up to this spot
Bathroom and store didn’t have soap! Talked to manager and was informed that they will not have soap till Monday at sometime! This business is serving food, and the staff nor patrons are provided to have a means or ways to sanitize their hands, is absolutely disgusting!
The toilet is in total mess! There is a sign that says, "If the toilet requires supplies or cleaning, pls tell us at the counter and we will give you a freshener for free as a thank you." I went there in the till and inform the lady attendant there that the toilet is dirty. They were 2 on duty at 1:45pm Sept. 23, 2018. She just simply told me, ok.. but no freshener was given. Anyway, just remove the sign or apprehend the staff, so we the customers retain our trust!
Lovely store. I received amazing service and as an out of towner that's always a bonus! The bathrooms were spotless and I am a very harsh critic when it comes to public bathrooms! Keep up the great work canmore 711!
Would give them zero stars if I could. BE VERY AWARE if you’re an international traveler U.S and you are getting gas. This store made my husband go inside to pre pay for his gas due to his “international” BofA VISA. They proceeded to charge pre pay for our vehicle as well as another cars pump. We got charged additional $70 for another pump used by another car in two separate charges. We only found out about this by my checking our charges online 2 days later. We disputed the charge with store manager by telephone who was EXTREMELY defiant and rude- he stated that he would not reverse any charges and he wouldn’t do anything about this FRAUDULENT CHARGE. We’re calling our credit card company immediately to report this wrongful charge and fraudulent activity. BUYER BEWARE of this scamming con artist business!!!!
The oriental family that owns this place sucks. Stood at the counter for about 3 minutes and wasn't acknowledged so I walked out. They've just been rude every time I've been in. Congrats guys, you own a 711, not a private island. Stop being so snobby and be kinder to your guests
This is one of the cleanest and friendliest stores I have been to on our travels. The manager Jessica was a great help and so informative to what was around Canmore. I will definitely go back to this store when we are in Canmore again!
Has everything one can need and foods of a wide variety. Was very convenient to grab stuff for our trips.
