Was locked out of our house and called FMI for help. Quick and professional, and Fumi even fixed our doorknob lock so it would match the deadbolt, a tedious job. Highly recommend.

Very good and quick service. Broke my key while locking the door, needed a quick copy on Sunday afternoon to get back inside. The owner stopped his weekend to help me out and made 2 different key versions since the key broke in the middle and copy wasn't clear. Great customer service!

Called Fumi with what turned out to be a minor lock problem. He talked me through the mitigation process and gave me some general advice. Turns out the freeze/thaw movements we experience in Calgary impacted the alignment of the deadbolt on our outdoor storage building. Compounded with some dust and dirt we were unable to move the deadbolt. We persevered and got it to work and then he advised on some maintenance tips to ensure failsafe operations. Really good guy on the phone and I committed to him that if we have a more significant issue I cannot resolve on my own we will be calling him.

Just this evening we locked ourselves out on this freezing cold night. After numerous calls to either bogus or unavailable companies, we called one possible company - he was on call unfortunately but by a lucky twist of fate, he was parked beside Fumi and he was able to swing by in 20 minutes and get us back in our house. Friendly guy and very professional who won't scam you. Highly recommend him!

Fumi showed up within an hour of us calling, took care of a busted deadbolt and even fixed a problem with the door starting to sag. He fixed both problems quickly and at a lower cost we got quoted at other places for the deadbolt alone. Fumi is personable, professional and all around a stand up guy! We'll definitely be using his services in the future!
