I live near the marker and am so excited to see this site get the attention it deserves! I have enjoyed "showing off" the marker to my friends and family. I have noticed other people enjoying the updated site year round. I truly hope the marathon county parks department continues the excellent work on updating this spot for our community to enjoy!

Very cool. A bit of a walk from the parking area but its not bad, plenty of benches to rest on your way to the marker. Went while there was still snow on the ground

All in all worth the visit. One of the only geological center points of the 45/90 type you can step on. Don't forget your coin at the Wausau chamber of commerce so you can join the club. Anyway see you on our next travel.

Just an interesting geographical mark. Not much to it other than a place to pull off the road and stargaze. :)
