360° Wellness

After several years of searching for a good massage therapist without any results, I found Thomas Bretschneider through my work's OHS nurse recommendation in 2015 and HAD to follow him when he moved to 360 Wellness in the past year. Thomas is extremely professional and knowledgeable in identifying problematic areas on my body at that time and uses massage methods that are impactful however surprisingly never painful to treat those areas. He informs me what he is working on during the sessions and I have always noticed clear improvements with my range of motion after his treatments. I would recommend Thomas to anyone who is looking to get results from their massage treatments. 360 Wellness has been a great experience with very personable and welcoming front desk staff on every visit. My 6 yr son also was very impressed with his massage from Brittany and would love to return again.

Connie was friendly, knowledgeable & experienced. I had full confidence in her capabilities as an RMT within a few minutes of meeting her. She took the time to demonstrate fire cupping I had only ever had cupping using suction before we got started in earnest. It was probably the most thorough 60 minute massage I’ve ever had - she even incorporated a bit of Thai massage techniques & it was awesome! The ladies at the front desk were polite & efficient. The room, waiting area & washroom were clean & well maintained. Lots of parking.

I had Physio and Massage therapy for over a year now due to concussion. My therapist are very professionals, they will share there knowledge of treatments they do. Almost every month I believe they are on the top of their services. Environment is fantastic, hospitable and welcoming. After my treatment with them I always felt relaxation. So I go home and take a warm bath and sleep. All them are very accommodating staff. Cheers to you all of them.

We see Brittiany for massage therapy, she is friendly, professional, but above that she is a great therapist. My husband is a heavy duty mechanic and has seen such a improvement is is movement and pain levels. The staff is also great! The facility is immaculate aswell. Definitely check them out.

Amazing experience with Dr. Leah chiropractor. I had never seen a chiropractor and was skeptical going in. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome! The space is extremely clean and has quality equipment. Dr. Leah made me feel comfortable throughout the initial assessment as she explained what she was doing and how it benefits me. She went above and beyond to listen and understand what i from my treatment.

I have been using Brittany for massage therapy for several months now and I get very good massages and always feel great afterward. Her training had helped me with older sustained injuries I have had. All the staff have been great.

I've been going here for over 2 years now and I feel great every time. Sara, front desk, is super sweet and very accommodating to my very busy schedule. Randy's knowledge in physiotherapy is extensive and Brittiany, RMT, is magical. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place that knows how to take care of their customers.

I love my Massage therapist Brittiany! She is the best and she makes me laugh and feel better even when I am hurting! She is the most sweet lady I have ever met! Her room is comfortable and she always have Sage oils sprays and the room smells so goooood! :D The room is spacious and has a fire place keeps the the room warm and cozy in the winter! it is my retreat!!!

I have been going to 360 for physio for about a year now. Upper body neck and shoulder injuries and a concussion. All of the therapists are wonderful. But Randy’s experience has been key to getting me back on track to a normal functioning existence. It’s nice to have a gym there and it’s always clean and warm and friendly. And sometimes they have snacks.

Grant for acupuncture is awesome. He is really good at what he does and is very informative. Randy for physiotherapy is amazing because he will give you the breakdown of what's wrong and how to fix the issue. Sarah at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to come and visit 360 wellness
