Phoned the spa last minute to get my nails done before our Christmas gala. Michelle was willing to stay late to help me and she was very patient when I got indecisive on what I want for my nails. She did a very good job and my nails are very cute now. She also gave a very reasonable price although I had crystals on all my fingers! To conclude: The time booking flexibility is good. Service was good. Location was good. Staff were friendly. Nail job is good! Pleas continue to be excellent!

Love my nails! Michelle did an excellent job on my gel manicure. Their gel polishes are so shiny. My nails look and feel thin and smooth. I’ve tried many salons in the past and this place is the best so far.

I needed a last minute manicure before a wedding and this place came THROUGH! When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted and offered a washroom and a beverage before the service began. Unbelievably thoughtful. A quick look around the place told me that it wasn’t just clean; but spotless. I didn’t see a single speck of nail dust anywhere. Even the towel was spotless. Once I sat down and she began it became clear to me that this wasn’t going to be a quick and dirty job in any way. The attention to detail was unreal! I was never nipped, burned, cut or otherwise harmed and my nailed were shaped and prepped BEAUTIFULLY! Once the base and colour were applied there wasn’t a single bump or lump or lift anywhere. It’s been a long time since my nails were so lovingly cared for. Even the lotion smelled and felt insane!!! I’m terrible with names, but the owner performed my service and I cannot praise her enough for her incredible work. We shared a wonderful conversation throughout the service where I learned a lot about her and about the area. The business has been open since the mid 80’s I think she said 85? so you KNOW that it’s not for no reason. She told me she hopes to keep it in the family for a long time and I want that for her too! The experience was just so genuine and grounded that I left feeling better than I have in months. Plus there was a sweet little doggo in an adorable rain coat and sneakers hanging out so if you’re an animal lover like me then you might be in for a real treat! All in all this is a place I wouldn’t just return to, it’s a place I would make my regular spot if I lived locally. I don’t just *want* to come back next time I’m in the city; I plan to. Glad I found this spa Super friendly therapists! All with great skills & professional! I tried facial, body massage, pedicure & waxing there recently and they were awesome! Pricing is fair with their good services.

I finished today my permanent hair removal treatment, after 3 sessions I must say that I'm very very pleased with the results! Michelle was very careful and patient with me. Just with the first session I immediately saw results, I definitely recommend this place so much! I must add that the facials, massages and pedi and manicure are the bomb!

When I was looking for a spa nearby my place, I was very lucky to pick this place from a recommended list from Google! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and I'm always extremely satisfied whenever I go for a visit. Prices are really good and they take good care of you, place is super clean as well, and, massages are the bomb btw! I wish I could spend more time in here. Last time I had the "touch of heaven package" and this is the mani that I had.

The first time around, I was absolutely in awe of the place and the employees! Michelle was extremely meticulous and made sure I liked the nail colors. Throughout the process, she ensured that the application was impeccable. However, during my second and third visits, my experience was not as welcoming and warm. During my last visit, I got another gel nail removal + application done and my nail bed has still not recovered. Additionally, one of my fingers was so roughly treated that it started to bleed and had a scar for 1.5 weeks. Although they were apologetic, but the rushed implementation and the consequences were inconvenient for me too.Services: Manicure

I have been coming here for a year and have done pedicure, manicure, facial and message. Michelle is very creative and has great sense of beauty and what’s trendy. I usually just need to pick the color theme then she will take care of everything. All the staffs especially Chloe as the star here are extremely friendly and welcoming, I am always excited about every visit. Today I tried the new detoxify body wrap and mini facial service, the whole experience is such an enjoyment. Michelle explained each step to me clearly, which helped me relax a lot. The smell of the product is soft, and worked really well on my skin. I could literally see the difference after the exfoliation process. I would highly recommend this service! Catch the chance when the promotion is still valid!
