Whoever runs this establishment is cheap and does not have any empathy or patience for people. I’m a brand new employee for a company that works upstairs in the same building and I was rushing on my way to work and accidentally/mistakenly parked in one of their employee stalls. I paid for my parking for a full day and when I came back, without hearing any notice or consideration for a conversation, I came back to discover that my car was gone. I searched all over the parking lot to try and find where it could possibly be because I quite literally forgot what floor or stall I parked in. To my surprise and disappointment, it was towed by Drake Towing. Once I went to pick up the car, I was told that Impark issued the ticket as reported by the business owner. I found a poorly typed notice put under my window from “Ti Hu Company” which isn’t even the public company name that clearly states to park somewhere else or else I will be ticketed and towed. As if I would see that if I was inside the building working all day. I understand that it’s my fault for accidentally parking in one of their employees stalls, but it’s also clear as day how cheap and authoritative the person who operates this business considering they could have covered their employees parking for the for the day just like how I paid for my ticket, and perhaps they could have left a note to tell me to contact them. I would have personally gladly covered the cost of their parking because of my mistake, but instead I have a grand total of $254.75 paid because of this company. Whoever the person is that put this sheet on my car, you’re a vile person and karma will get you one day.

This place is a fantastic place to be, especially for weight reduction! I personally lost 25KG in this place for less than 3 months, strictly follow the diet doctor gave to you! Operated by a Taiwanese Family, they are friendly to their patients! Highly recommend this place to all of you!
