168 Sushi Japan Buffet

Another all-you-can-eat tablet ordering sushi house, this one is actually hard to find. It located at the back of a parking lot deep past a coin laundry. Staff is nice and pleasant. There's special room/booths with a sunken table in the center which was fun to eat in. There's a crazy mount of parking spaces out front. You definitely need a car to get here. Not a lot of 'foot traffic' from the main road. Stay safe out there friends and please, be kind to one another!

Pretty standard all you can eat sushi place. Service was nice, food came quickly. I find the sashimi a bit blend. The cooked dishes were better than expected. I especially liked the tom yum soup and fried wonton. Overall good experience.

There’s nothing Japanese about this place. The sushi came to the table soggy as if it were pre-made hours in advance and had just been sitting there. I felt nauseous when eating it. They use Chinese jasmine rice instead of sushi rice for their sushi. And there isn’t even close to “168” items on the menu. Our options seemed very limited. Also, the menu said it was $23.99 per person for the All-you-can-eat dinner, yet we were charged almost $40 per person. I just don’t understand establishments like this place. Not all the food was terrible, just the sushi.

My favourite Sushi restaurant. GREAT food, lots of selection, always leave satisfied. You order from an iPad and they bring it to you. Take note, there is a 2hr limit but you will get more than the value you pay for sushi if you were to order a-la cart. They have private Japanese style rooms that seat up to 4 people for a neat intimate setting if you like if available. Even if you don't eat sushi, there are lots of cooked sushi selections to choose from and you can order lots of dim sum portion foods like fried rice, orange chicken, spicy shrimp ect. There might be a slight language barrier with some of the servers but we love them anyway and the food and experience is what keeps us going back

Amazing experience in a Japanese style private room. The food was great. The bulgogi korean was amazing!! Lots of options and good dessert aswell. Highly recommend this buffet place for a competitive price and good, decent Japanese food. Service was also quite good. You can see the chefs making the sushi behind the sushi bar aswell.Food: 3/5

I visited this restaurant after many years. They have wide variety of items to choose from and they have vegetarian options as well. Their customer service is great. Staff was attentive and communicated in a professional manner.Food: 5/5

Been here a couple times, food is pretty good ,won't be disappointed. Liked their Thai curry a lot.Even the price is very affordable as compared to other sushi places. Only thing lacking is that the staff needs to learn how to talk to customers, they are very RUDE!!

They charge 15% gratuity for parties 2 or more a booth. They don't tell you this when booking. Slow service...plates missing from table, no so sauce, limited choices. There are better Sushi restaurants near by. Food and Service suck.

This place is a disaster. Ordered 1.5 hours in advance for 5:30 pickup on Christmas. When I went to pick it up they had clearly forgot about the order. So had to wait another 30 minutes. Decided to use the bathroom while waiting and it was disgusting...and I work in construction, so this is saying a LOT. One of the toilets was literally disconnected from the floor with the sanitary drain wide open the smell was horrendous. There was blood all over one of the sinks- the other toilet had not been cleaned in probably 2 years. In the entrance area theres a "bar" thats filled with cases of pop, broken machines, and old dusty bottles of liquor. In the main seating area you can see the ceiling has water damage absolutely everywhere. I was extremely hesitant to even try to the sushi coming out of this place-- but honestly it was ok. The wasabi they gave was watery....how does that even happen. Honestly it should be a 1 star but the sushi rice was pretty solid overall This place is a health inspectors worst nightmare

I want to start by saying the food was good and the amount of time it took for the food to come to the table was satisfactory as it was a Saturday night. It’s the only reason why I’d give 2 stars instead of 1. However, the service was super questionable. My party of 6 people were pressured to leave the restaurant as soon as we were there for about an hour. We were respectful the whole time dining. The tablet had abruptly signed out after we were asked multiple times if we were going to order dessert yet, where we politely declined because we weren’t done with our food. After asking a server to restart the system, their excuse was that the iPad was “very, very low on battery and that we have to place our orders before it dies”. I honestly found that hilarious because the iPad was obviously charged and they made it impossible to check the battery percentage due to the screen lock feature. I’m not oblivious to these things. Remotely shutting off your tablets in the middle of our orders and pre-bussing tables of our condiments was obvious to what your intentions were and I felt disrespected as a returning customer. There are easier, respectful ways to inform a table of a busy service which may come with time restraints for dining in. Especially in regard to what you are charging per person, this simple expectation was unfortunately not met. On top of this, we were informed of an auto gratuity of parties greater than 5 AFTER the cheques were distributed.
