The lounge was such a vibe It was moody and intimate but still felt spacious and comfortable. This spot is a gem in the area. The drinks were divine with the coconut noir tasting rich and like dessert in a glass but not overwhelmingly sweet. The amethyst was so pretty and such a joy to just look at and the botanical spritz was my kinda drink! Refreshing and bubbly~ The small plates were tasty and really good for the light nibbles while chatting the night away Don’t expect crazy large plates or mains i feel like this is spot you go for little bites. The service was also lovely and overall it was a really good experience!
11:59 is a really cute place to go. The cocktails are great. By far our favorite was the 11:59. We had the truffle fries and the Beef carpaccio. Both really good if you are looking for an app. We were sitting at the bar so we watched everything get prepped infront of our eyes so we saw other orders too. Everything was done with a lot of attention to detail. Would recommend!
The interior is gorgeous--a section for seating that is lounge-y with beautiful green sofas and complete with neon lights by evening and an area great for dates AND working by day! So comfortable! It was such a great catch up spot with a friend--delicious food/snacks and drinks price is really good considering the area. Dan, the bartender was super friendly! The drinks were pretty and delicious--I'll be back to try their coffee they source from Hatch so you know it's good! There is wifi for your work from home / digital nomad needs with great coffee and I did see pastries available : The downside--Temperance is on a side/alley like street but I personally love it because it is quiet. Parking is scarce but it's right downtown close to Osgood / King station.
I recently discovered this place and I must say it's a truly hidden gem in the heart of the city. I love the concept of cafe by day and bar by night. I love the inviting atmosphere, the thoughtful attention to detail friendly staff and delicious food. I highly recommend this place whether you are looking for a relaxing spot or an exciting night out.
This place is a bit hidden, but the vibe here is absolutely fantastic. The drinks are so beautiful the the food is great. Service isn’t the quickest — don’t know if it’s because it’s a Wednesday and they don’t staff as much people, but they are very friendly.
Amazing cocktails! This is a great place for a few drinks and the happy hour cocktails are a great price and some snacks. We came late in the afternoon and got great service. The cauliflower dish was fresh and delicious.Food: 5/5
This bar is amazing! One the best bars to try new unusual cocktails in Toronto. Dmitriy is such a good bartender that has a great expertise and can always recommend and show you everything. Kate recommended us Beef Carpaccio and Truffle Parmesan Fries that are our favorite dishes here. We come all the time here to chat and spend time in nice chill and friendly atmosphere. 100/100
Have returned. A real nice decor and ambiance with great drinks/bar let down by passable food for dinner. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but for the ambiance, it sets your expectations higher. Amazing lighting for taking food pics !! Kebabs - Par, cooked well, clean flavours but passable. Shrimp Toast - The favourite for the night. Shareable between 2. Good bar snack. Macaroni - Not bad actually, but passable. Carpaccio - Decent and worth trying. Meatballs - classic flavours, good bar snack but nothing too special. Sliders - Passable. Lunch options are pretty decent so would recommend trying that out. Smoked Duck Sandwich - really good flavours. 5 slivers of duck. They may as well replace it with more chicken and call it a day. Takes AMEX. Really good vibes and ambiance. Definitely more of a 1 or 2 drink and dip place rather than a sit-down.
A hidden gem in th business district! Get your coffee in the morning and mingle with after work drinks at night. The drinks on the cocktail menu are really tasty, and there's a nice selection of beers too. The food is tasty and a nice mix of modern and classic plates to share and individual servings. The place is also comfortable with booths, sofa seating, and bar top tables.
If I remember correctly this place is the same where boxcar social used to me and I really liked that place. 11:59 continues the tradition with a cozy yet sleek interior with a wonderful ambience. We just went for a drink but came out surprised ordering the same one thrice on top of others. Dimitri, the bartender is a master at his craft who takes times to not make but create some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Coconut Noir is hands down one of the best I have ever had and definitely the best I had this summer. You MUST try it. 11:59 was my second favourite from the menu.
