I went there for covid rapid test and the lady with red hair and a thick accent was soooo impatient and rude. She completely ignored me at the first and then when I repeated what I was saying, she took the paper and asked me to go away. Idk what she went through, but she shouldn’t treat the customers like this. I hope she gets a lesson and retire asap
Used the Telus Health app to get a prescription and only let me pick their pharmacy for some reason. Gave them a call and the female pharmacist that answered was extremely rude to me on the phone when I was just asking a few questions. Kept talking over me and wouldn't even let me explain what I was asking when I had simple questions. Honestly just go anywhere but here. The lady that I spoke with is not a nice/respectful person whatsoever.
The staff are pleasant and friendly. Always get prompt and attentive service.
Great help great doctor's 1 for sure the Dr.t with no attitude of intolerance or indifference
The Doctor there on-site, she is very accommodating to her clients, limited hours of operation, she also does client calls for prescriptions, and is very busy serving a huge caseload but she does the best she can with the resources she has.
