Franky and the team at 07 GN did a terrific job repairing 3 dents, one of them pretty big with deep scratches on our Subaru. It looks like new and can't tell it was repaired and painted. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and provided me with a great service. They kept their promise as to when the car would be ready which was super important to me. Franky called me to suggest replacing be the bumper because of all the rock chips instead of the repair at a marginally higher cost. I did not feel pressured or that I was being upsold. As a female who doesn't know too much about cars and has had bad experiences elsewhere, Boris was very patient, nice and thorough on the phone which was a relief. The team was able to have our car repair done very fast within days, and kept my husband and I updated through the process. They were also able to lend us a loaner car on short notice. Had a great experience here! They were quick and upfront about diagnosing all the fixes needed for different issues couple minor scrapes and some rust around the wheel wells mainly. They gave straightforward advice on what things were worth pursuing and efficiently made the fixes we decided on with very rapid turnaround.

Best body shop I’ve ever dealt with. Took a while to get an appointment, but we’ll worth the wait. Great work, fast and stuck with the quote they gave. Even did an extra thing I requested. Rental car was a newer vehicle. Above and beyond. Will be back for any body work in the future.

These guys are all great. My wife accidentally drove out of the garage with the rear hatch fullly open. Rear windshield, wiper motor, hatch and bumper were damaged. Boris and Michael made it all so easy for me at a stressful time. ICBC claim was initiated right away and the car was fixed within a few days. I'm quite picky, and their paintwork was spot on. It's hard to find a good body shop, these guys were great. I will definitely deal with these guys again.

Q7 This family owned body shop in Burnaby is your best place to bring your car for any work needed. I am finally selling my Q7 and took it to Boris to get some minor damages and scratches before I sell it. They were also able to replace the battery as it was giving me problems. I received regular updates on the status of my car during repairs and when it was finally finished they washed it and vacuumed the car. I am definitely happy to have it so back so it will make it so easy to sell and present the car to its next owner. They did an absolutely amazing job. He made it look like a brand new car as you can see in the pictures I posted.

Big shoutout and thanks to Michael at 07 GN Autobody. I took my '09 Audi A5 in today to have them take a look some small scrapes I had on the back right wheel well. Michael took the time to quickly clean and spray wax the area and the scrape was gone - magic!! He then brought out some black paint and touched up a couple of spots on my door. Thank you so much, Michael - you know how to treat people right!! I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here if I ever need their services.Services: Painting
