Ordered takeout from here for dinner and was a little disappointed in the food quality, but very impressed with the staff and ambience of the interior even if I didn’t eat in. When I ordered for takeout, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I kinda wished I ate inside, as the interior of the building looked very cool with loads of interesting objects like license plates and other things hanging off the walls as well as other decorations. I got a zums burger with fries and coleslaw which came with the burger. Both the fries and the coleslaw were pretty good, but nothing special. I was pretty disappointed in the burger though. The buns were a little burnt and very dry, and the bacon and cheese on top of the burger was also very dry and over cooked, as well as the burger patty as well. I expected a burger that was a little juicier. Overall, it’s a pretty okay place to eat at, but I would mainly go here for the friendly staff and interior atmosphere.
Had the fish n chips, fries were average fish was poor ! Very poor ! Had a pasty taste. Other food was great . Staff were awesome and polite and often came around to see if we needed anything. Over all good experience shame about the fish.
Stopped here for breakfast. The service was fast yet very nice. They have decent selection of breakfast, sandwiches, eggs and hotcakes. The Mexi bowl had small portions and barely any sausage Food: 4/5
We ate here twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was great, dinner was mediocre. I ordered a Southwest chicken salad and it was pretty small, not much flavor, bland chicken. Hubby had the "Hippie Wrap", basically a bland rice and beans burrito. Breakfast had good options- we enjoyed the yogurt/fruit/granola and the oatmeal with berries. Service was good!
Zum's was the perfect spot for our tour group on our way to Glacier Park. The food was delicious we had the pork sandwich and service was excellent. The road house interior with all the license plates made for a fun and enjoyable time while eating. Recommend it for all ages and appetites.
Such a great spot to eat in Waterton. Super delicious food choices for great prices. The decor is super fun and the staff is always friendly. Gotta try their World Famous Chicken, Yum! I chose this spot recently to study and kill some time and the staff were amazingly thoughtful and did not mind me taking up space. Love this lil gem of a spot in my favorite place.
The only good thing we had was vanilla shake. Fish tasted so bad, the batter was super dark, burnt and it seemed like they had not changed the oil at all. Very disappointed!
There’s a reason they say it’s World Famous Fried Chicken! We had the fried chicken dinner 3 pieces with slaw and fries and a side salad to go. The chicken was very crispy and juicy with just enough spice to keep you interested. The slaw was very good and the fries were nice and salty. The side salad had a very generous selection of toppings. This is our 3rd dining experience here and have always found the staff super friendly and efficient. We ordered mid afternoon for a 6:00pm pick up and it was right on time.
Service was prompt and courteous despite it being busy. Prices pretty fair for a tourist town.. Burgers $16-18 Aug 2021 including bacon and cheese and I swapped fries for salad for $1.50 more. Decent burger and portion size. Patties are smaller but a well balanced sandwich with good toppings. Nice atmosphere with the lodge feel and all the license plates are fun to look at.
Had a walk around town with my fiance before stopping in. The restaurant caught our eye as being pet friendly and seemed to have friendly staff. Our first impressions were good and certainly not wrong, the staff turned out to be attentive and friendly, the food was ready quite quickly, and tasted great. The menu is a fair size without being too much. They advertise their fried chicken which was delicious. Well spiced, crispy, and not greasy. The portion was huge and i ended up taking one of the pieces with me to have for lunch. The staff were efficient at serving our furry loved one as well, bringing her a dish of water and saying hi. Highly recommend!! Vegetarian options: Each category of food served had a clearly marked veggie option at least one, often two. Parking: Plenty of street parking nearby. Street was closed down to vehicle traffic when we attended which actually made for a lovely patio environment.
