Store is disgusting, lots of flies inside, flies sits on the unwrapped straw, and they touch the straw drinking pout and hand it to you. To the staff of this store, can you not please touch the drinking part of the unwrapped straw? how sure are you that your hands are clean? Please put food safety first, you will make your customers sick. Can you also tell your owner or manager to put fly trap? We've been in other starbucks store, but this store is the worst when in comes to cleanliness and sanitation, you're drinks too taste not good. Goodluck , hope you will improve your service, to drinks quality and most of all cleanliness.
This is the worst Starbucks ever!!! BUNCH OF FLIES flying inside the store, expensive price and the worst service ever!!!! The three ladies are just chichatting in front they didn't served us immediately. I ordered Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino but it doesn't have a chocolate drizzle and chocolate chips on my whip topping this is my favorite drinks that's why I know what's in it! And the worst is the lady who made my drinks she touch the straw in drinking part and put in directly to my drink. VERY UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING! I don't recommend this place!!!
Staff were nice, however ROAST to Starbucks in general for not accepting cash as payment!! You business must accept cash as payment as it is the legal tender for payment!! If I had of known we would of we t else where in Watertown.
I really don't know what people are griping on about. Service is great! Prices are great! Food is great! Drinks are great! I was able to get 4 drinks, a sandwich, juice, vegan protein bar for a child with dietary needs, all for $30. The kids there do a great job, are very polite and willing to help. The place was always packed with happy customers the several times I went. Pro tip, if you're not a jerk to those trying to help you, and if you smile, usually people are nice back. ;
Do yourself a favour and don't spend your money here. First of all it's not a Starbucks location, they do serve Starbucks coffee but that's about it. And if that's their only claim to fame, why not serve coffee from a competent local roaster? But back to the issue at hand, none of their items on the menu board have a price. I ordered a smoothie which they did not have the ingredients for and they simply told me off. A friend did order a different smoothie to the tune of $12.5! So for an iced tea which was horrendous, plus a smoothie, which by the way was equally undrinkable, he had to cough up $18. Shameful. And to top it off, the smootie was gritty with poorly blended ice and tasted very bad. I ķnow this because he had such a hard time drinking it that he shared it with me. After that I was glad that I hadn't bought one. We heard tons of complaints from different groups of customers that were sitting outside. Take a cue from us and just keep walking.
Smell of food very strong as they prep food, and when you ask them for a sandwich they don't necessarily care to prepare it for you. Coffee is good tho
The 'baristas' really need to work on customer service. The service was terribly slow and they don't seem to care. We were very polite and waited around forever for a simple cup of brewed coffee. Please save yourself time and money and goto nearby cafe's. There are quite a few of them with good customer service and coffee.
The baristas were very rude. No acknowledgement of customers. It takes more than 15 mins for a regular coffee. When a customer asked to correct his order due to a miscommunication, she just threw his used drink into the mixer and blended it. Gross... The same blender was used for other customers as well. Pls avoid this place like the plague and find yourself a more hygenic place.
My latte, which I waited a higher than average amount of time for, had no espresso in it. It was literally nothing but a cup of foamy milk that took an absurd amount of time to make. While in line I also witnessed another customer return because of a messed up order. I unfortunately wasn't able to return to have the error fixed because I had to leave Waterton and definitely did not have the time to wait for another slowly made drink.
I’m not sure how are they serving this disgusting coffee and call it Starbucks! It’s a shame for Starbucks to keep them in business and call themselves we proudly serve Starbucks. It’s the worst cup of coffee ever. I don’t recommend anyone to try their drinks.
