This isn't where I was originally wanting to go for lunch but am happy I did. Clean with a very fresh and inviting atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. There are several different types of soups on hand and staff encourage you to sample any of them before purchasing one. Parking is plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I really like the concept of a soup specialized place. I like the sampling area so I can try and pick the I like. I got the lobster bisque with a chicken sandwich and they were both great. Nothing like soup on a rainy afternoon . Zoup is the place! Chicken pot pie soup is the favourite. They didn’t lie! I loved it! It’s good, really good! Only negative for me was the take away containers, I’d rather have it served in a real bowl
Came here on a cold fall night. Great service, you can try soup before purchasing! Delicious full of flavor. I got the chicken enchilada soup with a pesto sandwich, combo deal. Will be returning!
The staff made me feel very taken care of. They made sure that the soup I wanted was safe for my allergies, and when I forgot to ask to have the mayonnaise skipped on my sandwich they made me a new one at no charge. While it's a bit on the pricey side, the food is very good and the experience was extremely friendly. Dietary restrictions: Their soups had handy little signs with labels like Dairy Free or Vegan etc. Also they have a binder with every menu item with their nutrition facts and ingredients. Which they were more than willing to check for me.
We wanted to try out a new place, and ended up at Zoup! The best choice ever. We both love soup and bread. I had a split-pea soup, which tasted like my mom's in Holland, and my Ecuadorian hubby wanted to go for chili, but once he got a taste of the chicken pot pie soup, he didn't wanted to change anymore. Friendly people and a pleasant atmosphere!
One of my favourite places to go eat at in Cambridge! The soups are amazing and bread is always fresh and delicious. The server Grant is super nice and got my name right the first time and remembers it since then! Nicest crew, awesome food! Nothing more to ask for!
Delicious comfort food that's pretty healthy, enthusiastic and helpful staff, good price, and a rewards program! This is my go to guilt-free lazy night food now. Chicken pot pie soup is the best! Very creative soup, salads, and sandwiches.
Love ordering from here. I come from out of town. Got the wrong order today and am severely disappointed but otherwise I would recommend!
I’ve loved Zoup for years! However, recently at this location I ordered the white chili. I can’t really handle much spicy food, so I don’t order any items with the spicy logo beside it. This item didn’t have it, so I thought I was safe to order it. However , it was so spicy it wasn’t even edible for me! My entire bowl was wasted. My mouth was on fire for hours from one bite. It was horrid! They did make a great cali chicken sandwich though.
