Price might seem as a little expensive, but if you know that there is a wave pool and tons of free rides, plus 4 continents of exotic animals, it’s pretty incredible that they can keep it at that price! It takes a full day visit. We visited when the wave pool was not open and arrived at noon. We stayed until 5 and were exhausted mostly because of heat. So if you arrive at the opening at 10am, at a not too hot day, you should plan for a whole day, from opening to the closing. Most of the animals seem healthy and well treated. The little ones will learn so much about the animals they saw on TV or Disney movies! Amazed by the muscleman gorillas, by the shear size of the hippopotamus, and the elephants. The animators of the snake, the gorillas and the elephants were super fun for the kids and full of knowledge and they are passionate of sharing their knowledge too! My son and I had a blast with Lego animal constructions!
We brought my son here for the first time and he loved seeing all the different animals. The lions, rhinos, giraffes and zebras were his favorite and they were all close enough to the edge of their enclosures that we got a fantastic view. Some of the monkeys seemed to be a bit sick but apart from that the animals looked healthy. There was lots to see and all in all it made for a great afternoon trip.
Fabulous place for kids and and adults. Beautiful and healthy looking animals. Lots of water pools. Getting food can be a bummer due to long lineups. Big enough to spend 4-5 hours without going in the pool. Highly recommended!Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
Spend a fantastic day at Granby Zoo with my wife and kids. Very clean park, very healthy looking animals. It takes a full day to enjoy everything in the park including the water park section as well. We personally spend a few hours in the zoo, then take lunch and cool off in the pool, the go back in the park refreshed and finish up whatever we missed. Not a single enclosure that is empty, all animals were active and fun to watch.
A very nice place for kids and and adults. healthy looking animals and the place is really clean and well taken care of. Lots of water pools, and water games plus a huge wave pool and a lazy pool. It's a full day activity. Getting food can be a bummer due to long lineups. We brought our own food in a cooler. Will be going back for sure, Highly recommended!
The price was a little bit expensive, but it was worth it. What I liked the most is that we were able to watch animals elephants, giraffe, etc. in an extremely large field, and not a small cage-like field. The scenery itself was beautiful and my kids enjoyed it a lot.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
The rides are comparable to festivals rides. As for the aqua park, only 3 big water slides. It's more young family oriented, there's a lazy river, 2 waves pools, and other animated pools. As of the Zoo, the animals look happy and healthy. It's worth going to see feedings like; gorilla, macaque and lions.Visited onWeekdayWait time10–30 minReservation recommendedNot sure
Generally a really nice place been a few times and I always skip a few years. Place is always clean only thing is water was was over crowded almost unusable they should try to limit the #of tickets like covid. My kids are 10 and 11 and really enjoyed
The zoo features Legoland this season. The children were surprised to find that it would take 45 years to build a LEGO animal ‍. This park is amazing, there are many kinds of animals, there is a playground for children, especially the 7D movie game they play 3 times and they don't want to leave... It's not enough to come here once, we will come again next time
Very overpriced and crowded. Lots of food places closed but if you go pack your own healthy lunch. Go as early as you can to get good parking and a head start. I don't like to support animals in captivity. Took my little girl this once but never again. The animals actually look sad.Visited onWeekendWait time10–30 minReservation recommendedNot sure
