When I got my referral to this office, I was really worried because of the low reviews. So far I’ve only had good experiences here. I’ve waited maybe 20 minutes tops for my appointments. Dr. Zip took my health issues seriously. She didn’t dismiss me as other doctors have in the past and took a good amount of time to answer questions I’ve had about my issues. I didn’t feel rushed or unseen. The front desk staff have been polite.

Waited over an hour at first appointment 2 months ago for a rushed 7 min appointment. Booked again for a full body mole check and waited again for 1 hour for a rushed 10 min mole check exam. Not acceptable! From the moment Dr.zipp enters the exam room as a patient I felt I was rushed . She seemed impatient as well. Like she needed to be somewhere. This is not for me.

What's truly amazing is how empty this office is and you are still waiting upwards of an hour to see her! By empty I mean only one other person waiting. And when you do she doesn't know for sure what you have seems like someone in training... Doesn't follow up on previous issues nor even tries to remember or look up what Rx you were given. I mean I couldn't be an easier patient but Dr Zip really needs to put in more of an effort. Will probs see another derm cause I cannot be certain if she's diagnosing correctly.

Seems to be a dissenting opinion amongst these comments, but my experience here was fine. COVID compliant, and exactly as I expected. My appointment was a doctor referral. I didn't wait an exorbitant amount of time before seeing the doc. Doc Zip is professional, straight forward, and answered all of my questions. Key benefit is that building has a pharmacy seemingly dedicated to skincare in the basement, which is very helpful.

Please post a sign informing people that you're afraid of people who are not vaccinated, instead of humilating them or kicking them out of your clinic. So people like us will not bother you. What a terrible experience.

Impossible to call their office, automated system for appointment confirmation or cancellations leaves too much room for error with no option to actually speak to staff. There should at least be a message or email option as we all have busy lives and a large number of these clients are dealing with cancer or other health stress. Extremely disappointed and this review is the only possible way to contact this office. I will be getting referred to a Dr that actually gives a damn about there patients and has a means to communicate. Very frustrating!

I found the staff and Dr. Dupuis very polite and friendly. I did wait 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen, although I understand things happen, but something to keep in mind as a patient if you need to return to work after your appointment. The only thing is the parking lot is TERRIBLE. It's not meant for anything larger than a mini coop. And alot of people park crookedly, probably in an attempt to stop their car from being scratched, but there are so few parking spots it doesnt stop people from trying to park beside them. So be prepared. Have some one drop you off if you're able.

Something needs to be done about their phone system, based on previous reviews and my own experience. I called to book an appointment and was on hold for 15 minutes listening to the repeating message "Please stay on the line and your call will be answered shortly." If reception is that busy with calls then they should get a call back system or something. 15 minutes is way too long to wait on hold without any interaction.

I did have to wait a few months to get an appointment to see Dr Zip but once I got in to see her she was excellent in taking care of me. I had 3 large moles removed and she took her time and they were done perfectly. Dr Zip was very kind and friendly and personable. I never felt rushed and she answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend her.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr Zip regarding a mole removal. I was pretty anxious about it. Dr Zip and her assistant I don’t remember her name.. were super king with me, very patient and reassuring. I won’t forget their professionnalism! Again, thank you so much !
