Front desk is so rude and unprofessional. Service is trash they never pick up the phone. Staff seem rushed . I recommend you try beacon Dermatology they are amazing.

Very poor customer service, never pick up the phone calls .I have been trying to call them from past so many days but they never pick up the phone.

The customer service at this clinic is terrible. Receptionists rarely answer the phone and, unless you call them repeatedly, they won't bother to respond to your messages either. Staff here could strongly benefit from training around what it means to provide Patient and Family Centered Care.

Dr. Adams and Taylor are truely amazing. Thank you for what you do. I appreciate the work you have done and the insight you have given me to take care of my skin as it should be.

Unfortunately, they have an inadequate front desk who does not answer the phone called 10 times-5 different days- during there reported clinic hours, nor do they answer their recorded messages. Referral was dropped? This is the worst service I have seen and I am in the medical field.

I worked with Taylor using IPL and Resurfx. I also learned about skincare. Very positive experience all around. Taylor is knowledgeable and experienced.
