I have been doing business with Zions bank for over five years. They are professionals who have great customer service. Location of bank is ideal for me as it is a few blocks from my home.

Lobby closed on Saturday? I work during the week and cannot do certain banking any other time. I enjoy Zions, but I may just as well bank out of town where my truck loan is. I will be closing my accounts soon.

I had been a customer of the Zions Bank here in pocatello for 6 years. i run a high balance with the bank and they make plenty of money off of me.
i went in needing a EFTPS form notarized for my corporation for the use of my accountant.
the teller would not notarize the form using my EIN number and insisted i use my social security number
as this form is for the sole use of my corporation my social security number would have been useless
she got upset with me. Adam a manager at the branch told her to complete the form, however anther teller came over to tell Adam what a rude customer i had been to her on another occasion.
at this point Adam didn't not correct any of the tellers or take over the transaction he stood there like an observer.
i decided if i wanted to be treated this way i would visit the IRS instead
i decided to leave the bank i am no longer a customer
Update 6-10-17
The bank hired a company in Utah who hired my company to do snow removal and landscaping at this Zions Bank branch
They didn't pay for the snow removal in full i guess they didn't expect 92 inches of snow
They have also yet to pay the bill for there spring landscape managment
These people are like the Mormons who let you know what good people they are and then proceed to screw you over

I've been banking with Zions for over 10 years; mostly because I lived in Salt Lake City recently and wanted an institution that's located in Pocatello and Salt Lake. I've always been very happy with Zions. They seem to run a tight ship, and I've been happy with everyone I've dealt with.
Recently, I need to stop into this branch to get some last minute bank statements printed off while my printer was down. The manager on duty assisted me and was very personable and friendly, and she was happy to work with me on the statement charges given my unique situation. Great customer service. I plan on sticking with Zions indefinitely for all my banking needs.

I have recently been using Zions bank to deposit my rent $ into my landlord's checking acct. He knows about this issue I have here but doesn't seem to be as bothered as I am but I'm here to complain anyway :) Every time I go through the drive-thru to deposit this money I ask for the girls to some how stop printing off the acct balance as it seems inappropriate because they know it is not my acct. The first time I had this happen the girl I was talking to did not care that the acct balance was showing. But if that were me I'd be upset if someone I didn't really know, knew my acct balance. Isn't there a way not to print this info off every time I make a deposit?? I know at Chase and BOA you have to ask for them to print your acct balance onto the slip or it's not on there...which is better.
This last time I went through the drive-thru I told the lady, again, that I was depositing cash into my landlords acct and not to give me the acct balance, again. She says she will just mark it out with a marker...I've seen it like that and I can still clearly see the balance. SO I make my deposit and she forgets to mark it out...huh.
I'm kind of afraid to bank with this company. I know I don;t have to be in the same situation as my landlord but still, why does the acct balance have to show?? I give up.
