Chase Bank

I have been with Chase for just over 6 years now and I've never had an issue. In fact, my experience has always been quite the opposite. The tellers and bankers (across multiple locations in different states) have always been professional and extremely helpful. Once I had a discrepancy that I needed figured out and sure enough the issue was settled without, well, issue. As long as the bank keeps working this way, then I'm never putting my money anywhere else.

My wife and I have banked here for years with relatively no problems or inconveniences. My wife usually handles all the task that require actually visiting the Bank and has never had a problem. She was busy today so I made the trip, I look much younger than I am and have tattoos. Right away the young lady treated me like I was trying some funny business by depositing a check into a relatives account. Still can not believe I was treated like some criminal in a bank I have banked at for years.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Had an issue where someone went to deposit a check in my account but signed it wrong. This lead to a giant fiasco of finding the money from that check. The branch manager has lied and misled me through this entire issue and refuses to be helpful. All in all, worst banking experience I've ever had.
