By far one of the best dealerships to deal with. Everyone treats you like family and they don't over push sales. They put great effort into finding the right vehicle for you and I always feel comfortable with my purchases, I've currently purchased 2 vehicles from here and will continue to buy in the future.

When searching for a new truck to purchase, I was not set on any particular make or model so I went to nearly every dealer in town. Out of all the places and people I dealt with Zimmer Wheaton was easily by far the worst experience I had. The young sales rep I had to deal with has no business working in the customer service industry. Very poor customer service or lack thereof. Based on my experience I would not recommend bringing my business to Zimmer Wheaton if your set on GM, consider looking at other dealers.

I just purchased a “new to me” 2013 GMC Acadia.   Living five hours north, I had to rely on Mike Pollack to find me a vehicle.  Keeping my budget and a couple specs in mind, I was very pleased with his choices.  Once I made my decision, I drove down.  I was treated to amazing support from both Mike, and Megan in financing.  Great job!! I would definitely recommend seeing Mike and Megan at Zimmer Wheaton GM, Kamloops.

I have had nothing but great customer service with Zimmer Wheaton since purchasing my 2017 Canyon All-Terrain 4x4 in August 2017. I’m pretty fussy when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle and I go in knowing what I want. My Salesman, Mike Pollack, found me the perfect truck for my needs. I had extenuating circumstances with my trade-in and Mike and the Sales Manager went above and beyond to make this purchase happen!  Service Advisors are great to deal with on phone or in person.

We looked at buying a GMC Terrain here, but ultimately decided to go with a different vehicle from another dealership.  We phoned ahead and made an appointment to test drive the Terrain, everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional.  Overall I was very impressed with this place.  We visited several dealerships in town while shopping for a new SUV and they were one of the best.
