I usually don't give negative reviews but in this case I feel like this type of service needs to be flagged so other customers don't get taken advantage. Bought my Ford Focus from Venne Ford in 2017. Now I live in Fabreville and they are in Repentigny This is a 45 minute drive on a good day. The only reason I went there was because it was the only dealer in the greater Montreal area that had the car in stock. Now I live 2.5km from Ford 440 Laval. The plan from the beginning was to purchase the car from them but get it serviced near me. Now I usually never buy an extended warranty but this time since the sales person mentionned the fact that if no claims we're made the cost of the extended warranty $2700 would be refunded. Now fast forward 6 years to the end of the warranty, I have made no claims and requested to get a refund only to be told that I would not be getting a refund since I did none of the servicing with them. I'm including a picture of the contract where they highlighted the fact I need to request the refund within 60 days at the end of the warranty but did not mention or highlight the condition for the servicing that needed to be done with them. Looking at other Google feedback this looks like other people we're also not informed of this. To me this is very dishonest and I would strongly recommend people to avoid this dealer.

I had a great experience at this dealership specifically in the « service » department to fixe my Ford Focus 2014 vehicle as it had a recall on a part that was making my car shake while accelerating. Jonathan is very competent and friendly as the « conseiller » and took the time to answer all my questions. They always answered the phone which is great because when I was calling the Anjou location the staff there rarely picked up their phone lines. Moreover , I’d like to highlight the « navette » shuttle driver Stéphane. He was super nice and provided excellent customer service! Most importantly the driver was punctual. Thank you for repairing my car within a reasonable delay. I give a 5 star : Merci pour cette expérience.
