Best coffee in Freeport, ME. Skip the generic Starbucks and walk a little further down the Main Street to this cute shop. The coffee is delicious and they have a wide selection of pastries, many of which are gluten free. The shop also has a great selection of teas, gifts, and Turkish home decor.

Got a delicious spinach artichoke flatbread and Turkish black iced tea. SO good! Probably the flakiest chocolate croissant we’ve ever had- and we’ve had a LOT!

Really cute coffee shop with delicious pastries and coffee! I had the maple latte and loved it, and we tried a variety of treats which were all amazing.

Delightful! The lunch bowl was a healthy, flavorful option with a nice variety of mini-dishes in one. Staff is very friendly and happy to answer questions. And I found the Iced Pistachio Latte to be a nice treat without being overly sweet. Count me as a big fan of ZesTea!Food: 5/5

A cute little cafe with lots of goodies to check out during your day of shopping. They offer a variety of coffee and tea based drinks including traditional Turkish coffee. You can also buy the coffee in the store along with the copper pot to make it at home on your stovetop! The store also offers a variety of unique ceramics and home decor as well as a variety of pastries, baklava and Turkish Delight options which all looked amazing. I ended up ordering the San Sebastián cheesecake and tried the blueberry merlot latte which sounded unique and interesting. Both were delicious. The owner was very friendly and I learned that he personally designed and laser cut all of the Maine decor inspired wood pieces that are for sale throughout the cafe. I definitely recommend stopping here and hope to be back again soon the next time I am in the Freeport area!

I have traveled to this area of Maine twice now, and I’ve made it a point to stop by Zestea both times! I plan to make it a tradition every time I’m back visiting Maine in the future! All the pastries are delicious and fresh, the coffee and tea are made with care. Quality ingredients and great service, you can tell when someone loves what they do.

Stopped in on opening day. My tea and this Turkish cheese pastry called Borek were both so fresh, hot and delicious. The pastries were all amazing! Can't wait to try more! Also the owners have given a lot of thought to Covid prevention and it shows in how safe you feel inside when ordering.

Excellent Turkish coffee cafe nestled along the main shopping strip of Freeport, ME. We enjoyed their homemade !!! baklava and an iced Turkish hazelnut latte. Theres also many teas, turkish delights, and other handmade goodies around the shop to purchase. Definitely try this spot out if you're enjoying Freeport.

Amazing desserts! Eating their homemade Baklava is like going to heaven! Chai Latte was perfect! Friends and I enjoyed the owner too! Must stop in on your way down Main Street!

Such a divine little gem along the main road in town! Where else can you stop on a holiday morning and have a hot cup of sage + linden tea? The owner who greets and serves us customers is delightful and kind, and his cultured shop offers not only unique lattes and pastries vegan and gluten-free friendly, but loose-leaf herbals like hollyhock flowers, fine Turkish offerings ..delights with rose, original towels and other art.. and other ceramics and treats as well. I had a cheese burek sprinkled with raw sugar with my tea, and sat at the window bar enjoying the rain and charging my phone to prepare for my travels. If you're a local, or just passing through town like myself, this is a simple stop that will warm your spirit and satisfy at any dietary level.
