Wanted a strawberry smoothie before work. The cashier took forever to come to the register. He didn't greet me or respond when I said good morning. The smoothie didn't even taste good. It was a waste of $3. Never again. The restaurant was just remodeled so it looked great. Parking: The parking lot has a lot of parking since it's located in a shopping center.
I'm giving a 2 star rating because this McDonald's was recently renovated. However, the service was very slow. We were there on a weekday; just a couple of cars on line for the drive-up. We were inside, along with 2 other customers. We waited close to 10 minutes for our order of 2 egg sandwiches, 1 order of hash browns & a coffee. Fast food? Not really.
Is the problem the staff or management?! I spent $45 on my order and didn’t receive one condiment! This is an on going issue with this location. It’s the same when you order in person.. you’re asked at the register if you want any sauces but yet don’t receive any in your bag, and when you ask for it they give you ONE for a 20 piece meal!
I gave this McDonald’s way to many chances but every time I order from here weather in person or thru Uber eats, grub hub, etc . I get the food poorly made or the order is completely screwed up. Clearly ordered my food plain. The only thing that came out right was the sprite I ordered and the they added the cheese !! never ordering from here again.
There have been some issues with the wifi and getting data signal since the renovations, but it seems they finally got everything figured out. As for the food, it's McDonald's lol. And the customer service is what you hoped for. Friendly, smiling, helpful, patient. As long as you remember there are a few growing pains from the renovations, everything will be fine.
Worst experience ever i ordered a steak eggs and cheese bagel with extra onions and extra breakfasts sauce with Hash browns i received my ordeee hash brown was missing i got home open up the sandwich there no eggs and cheese on my sandwich nor onions and breakfast sauce i had a dry sandwich I’m no longer coming to this location again and i will spread the word i have over 9k followers on instagram i will kindly spread the word
Great McDonald's. They will make you the old ranch snack wraps if you ask. They're great and taste just like the old ones!Food: 5/5
Renovation is nice. Barely any people inside. Food is not too good, cold. The staff are clueless and have attitudes and don’t want to do their job. Would not recommend coming here!

Since they have reopened this McDonald's the service has been HORRIBLE. The Staff is not good at all. They don't know what they are doing and they are very slow! If a new building means bad service, I want the old McDonalds back. It appears that the entire staff hired are Children, I'm so disappointed in my neighborhood McDonald's now!
